SENSORY DETAILS (POV CHARACTER) FEEL: Everything from body to fabric
TASTE: Keep track of the food and wine so it's consistent
SMELL: Set the scene-remember seasonal and event specifics HEAR: Internal and/or external
SCENE DETAILS
CLOTHING: For each character who appears in the scene
MAGIC: What is used, who uses it, is there a physical effect on the body, a reaction ROOM: Where Is this scene happening? Describe what the POV character would notice.
EMOTIONS: What is the overall emotion felt in the scene by the character(s)? (Take out the Emotional Thesaurus by Puglisi and Ackerman.)
TONE: What is the tone you want the scene to convey
LOCATION: Where is it happening-In the library in the manor house in the city in the state.
SCENERY: Describe what the POV character would notice. Season, description of the area: are the trees bare or lush?
WEATHER: What's happening here? Does it affect the scene?
TIMESTAMP: When is this happening? Be specific; it helps you track scenes
