As soon as the priest said those words when I bend to touch his feets, my eyes widened. I'm not his wife nor kiaana is our kid. Then? Why did he say this? Does we look like a complete family?.
I looked at Ruhaan who wasn't paying attention, thankgod! Otherwise it would be so embarrassing. I looked at him once and sees him not focusing on us.
I turned towards idol of shivji praying for us.
I closed my eyes and joined my hands letting my thoughts to Lord.
"I just want everyone to be happy, healthy. Apko toh pata hi hai bhagwan ji , maine apse kabhi kuch utna manga hi nahi hai, par aaj apne liye mangna chahungi. Mai aapne liye aaj Ruhaan ko mang rahi hu. Please apko pata hi hai ki mai usse pyaar karne lagi hu aur mujhe yeh bhi pata hai ki vo itni jaldi kisi se bhi pyaar nahi karega. Par I want ki vo mujhe thodha sa pyaar dede, apna bana le puri tarah se. I promise mai use dher saara pyaar dunga please bhagwan ji man jao na. Usse mujhshe pyaar karwa do, fhir pakka kuch nhi mangungi" I finished my ranting to God and turned to see ruhaan standing with eyes closed and praying. Didn't he say that he doesn't believe in God. This man is full of surprises, I said and chuckled and bent down to the height of kiaana and picked her up, making her ring the bell of temple.
(You already know God that I never asked anything from you, but today I want something from you. Today iam asking ruhaan for myself. Please you already know that I love him and I also know that he won't love anyone easily. But I want him that him to love him not much but little, I want him to make me his. As reet was praying very seriously to God with different expressions, ruhaan chuckled looking at her. He looks her for good two minutes and then turns in front looking at the idol of God and joins his hands too and closing his eyes he says in his mind.
"I never asked anything from you, nor I want something for you. But just I'm praying because the girl beside me believes you alot. So I just wish you fulfill her every dream and if you can't I'll do it for sure."
