When the group made it to a river they had to cross, it was melting quickly. "We need to cross, now!" Peter said.

"Don't Beavers make dams?" Lucy said, looking to Mr and Mrs Beaver.

"I'm not that fast, dear." Mr Beaver said.

"Come on." Peter said, grabbing Lucy's hand and dragging her down to the river.

"Wait! Will you just think about this for a minute?" Susan shouted.

"We don't have a minute." Peter said back.

While those two were having it off, Kallie and the Beavers were all waiting down by the river, ready to go, the three Pevensie siblings followed as howls were heard in the distance.

The ice was creaking and breaking off so it was definitely dangerous. Peter took a step forward and the ice lowered, spraying stuff up slightly.

"Wait. Maybe I should go first." Mr Beaver suggested.

Peter nodded in fear, "Maybe you should."

Mr Beaver slowly made his way into the ice, his feet and tail patting the ice before he took a step. With every step he took, the ice cracked slightly.

"You've been sneaking second helpings, haven't you?" Mrs Beaver accused, pointing at her husband.

"Well, you never know which meals gonna be your last." Mr Beaver stuck up for himself. "Especially with your cooking."

The ice creaked and cracked as they all started walking on it, Lucy shrieked as a part dipped under her foot, the sounds freaking her out.

"If mhm knew what we were doing..." Susan started.

"Mums not here." Peter said, frustrated with his sister.

The frozen waterfall started cracking aswell, making everyone look up at it but then they noticed the wolves running across the top. Lucy looked at them, her face full of fear, "Oh, no!"

"Run!" Peter shouted, watching the wolves but praying they'd make it to the other side before they were cornered on the breaking ice.

But they didn't, Lucy screamed, swing the wolves infront of her. Kallie's head was rushing, she wasn't hidden and they knew she was alive. The wolves were also behind them, making them completely trapped.

Me Beaver tried being tuff but one of the wolves pinned him, Mrs Beaver reached for him, "Oh, no!"

"Peter!" Lucy shouted in fear, watching all of this unfold. Peter grabbed his sword, unsheathing it and holding it to the wolves.

"Put that down, boy." One of the calves spoke, "Someone could get hurt."

"Don't worry about me! Run him through!" Mr Beaver shouted angrily, fighting against the wolves jaw.

"Leave now while you can, and your brother leaves with you." The wolf said to him.

"Stop, Peter! Maybe we should listen to him!" Susan shouted at her brother.

The wolf chuckled, "Smart girl."

"Don't listen to him! Kill him! Kill him now!" Mr Beaver shouted, sounding in pain.

"Oh, come on. This isn't your war." The wolf taunted, stepping closer. "All my Queen wants if for you to take your family and go."

"Look, just because some man in a red coat hands you a sword, it doesn't make you a hero! Just drop it!" Susan shouted.

"No, Peter! Narnia needs you!" Kallie shouted, wanting, needing them to stay. The wolf was lying, they weren't going to be let go free, she'd kill them.

"Ahhh, Princess Kallie. My Queen will be very happy to hear your alive, and well." The wolf growled at her before biting at the air in front of him, making her jump back slightly.

"Gut him while you still have a chance!" Mr Beaver shouted.

"What's it gonna be, Son of Adam? I won't wait forever." The wolf said, coming close to the end of Peters sword, "And neither will the river."

Lucy looked up at the waterfall before grabbing onto Kallie's arm in fear, "Peter!"

Everyone turned to the waterfall that was now cracking, water starting to spill.

"Hold on to me!" Peter shouted to the three girls around him. They all listened as he stabbed his sword into the ice.

Lucy and Susan screamed at the waterfall came crashing down, sending the ice they were in flying down the river.

While being taken under by the wave, Kallie lost grip but found her way to the shore. She coughed, pulling herself up and finding the ice block that the three Pevensie's were on, the Beavers swam them over and Kallie stuck out a hand to help Susan which she gladly took.

"You okay?" Susan asked the shivering girl. Kallie managed a nod before staring at Peter in horror, he was holding Lucy's coat but no Lucy.

"What have you done?" Susan screamed at her older brother, "Lucy! Lucy!"

No sign of her, until, "Has anyone seen my coat?" Lucy, she shouted down to the group. Peters shoulders relaxed as he smiled at the sight of his baby sister. Everyone was smiling, knowing she was okay.

"Don't you worry dear." Mr Beaver started, "Your brothers got you well looked after."

"And I don't think you'll be needing those coats anymore." Mrs Beaver said, back turned to them all. She was staring at where the blossom was starting to break through on the trees.

The group started walking through the woods, Kallie and Lucy were at the back, Mr and Mrs Beaver were at the front, walking hand in hand, then Susan, then Peter.

Kallie and Lucy were talking about how they thought their daggers and healing bits were so cool, and the fact it's got a holder that goes around the waist so they don't have to worry about loosing them or carrying them the entire time.
