I'm walking to school when someone comes behind me and covers my eyes. "Guess who?" They ask me. "It better be someone I know or I'm ripping your arms off." I say turning around. "Oh it's just you Jackie." I say walking back towards the school. "Wow not even a hi?" Jack asks in fake hurt. "You literally got a hi this morning weirdo." I say flicking his arm. "Fair, how'd Rudy act when I left?" Jack ask with a lace of worry in his voice. "I wouldn't know he's still asleep." I say entering the school walking to my locker.
"Yo, whats up my peeps and Isa." Jerry says walking up to me Milton and Jack. "Wow I'm no longer one of your peeps Jerry? How rude." I tell Jerry with a hand on my heart faking my pain. "Sorry Isa." Jerry says putting his hands up in surrender. "Please don't rip my arms off." He says again slighty scared. "I would never do such a thing." I say and all three of them collectively say "Mhmmmm". "Shush it you dweebs." I say walking off to my first period class. "I'll see you losers and Milton at lunch." I say continuing to walk away and I hear Jack complaining behind me.
At lunch "Hey Jackie." I say greeting Jack in the lunch line. "Hey Isabelle." Jack responds. "So did you end up getting any sleep last night?" I ask Jack. "A little bit, I was up thinking." Jack tells me. "Thinking about what?" I ask him. "How to tell this one person how I feel about them." Jack says as we walk over to our table. "Well just tell them how you feel." I tell him sitting down. "What if they don't feel the same way?" Jack asks looking at me. "Well tell them anyways you never know." I tell him looking back at him. "Okay, one more question." Jack asks me. "Okay shoot." I say taking a bite out of my food. "Should I tell them during or after school." He asks me. "Hm after school because if you tell them during class and they don't feel the same you have to see them all day. But if you tell them after school you have the weekend to recover or to hangout." I tell him. "Okay thanks, I'll see you later at the dojo." Jack says as the bell rings.
At the dojo
As I walk out of the change rooms I see Jack and he looks kind of nervous. "Hey Jackie." I say walking over to him. "Oh hey Isa, I wanted to ask you something but I don't want it to ruin anything between us." Jack says fast. "Okay go ahead." I say A bit skeptically sitting down on the mat and Jack does the same. "I like you Isa, and I have ever since I met you, no one makes me feel as happy as you make me and I want to be with you as long as your willing to me with me." Jack says grabbing my hand and I can't help the massive grin on my face as I fall into him giving him a hug. "I like you to Jackie." I whisper into his ear still in the hug and I can feel his arms wrapping around me tighter. "YESSSSSS!" Jack yells happily and I can't help but laugh.
