This AU takes place around early S2, pre Shane Death. Rick is accepting of Carl, while Lori, and Shane are less accepting. Daryl is also Trans but no one knows.
Carl has a make shift binder made out of an old sport's bra sewn smaller. Carl hadn't developed a period, or much breast tissue due to the stress of the Walkers.
Carl struggles with his mental health severely. Carl wears his flannel sleeves down to hide scars, and the only person who knows his struggle is Daryl.
