"Who are you?"

A young boy, seemingly older than Ginrou spoke from behind. He had a suspicious look all over his face, a one of authority and questions. Ginrou felt his gaze pressuring, which makes him laugh nervously. And also that he doesn't know the language, makes him even more nervous, in fact anxious.

"Hello..I'm Ginrou." he spoke, smiling crookedly. The young boy's face turns to disgust, and then spoke. "Hm, so you are from another place? Father spoke to me about you, but I did not know that you'd be so..." he stayed silent, trying to find an appropriate word to define his disgust. "Rowdy. Look at those ragged clothes. Even my sister, who's doll's clothing are worse than yours is also disgusted. Come, follow me." He grabbed his hand and made him climb upstairs with him, startling Ginrou at first before looking back at the sister, who sat still her eyes at him before turning to look back at the fireplace.

Lother chuckles as he removed his armor. "Well they seem to be getting along well." Magdelena smiled and nodded. "Oh, very well indeed. But have you bought medicines for Willow's throat or were you so busy in adventures again?" She asked, taking his armor and keeping it aside, speaking about the armor in a hushed tone. Lother sighed, with his hand on his head. "There's no cure, I'm telling you. This isn't any throat infection or...anything in fact! Your daughter just doesn't want to speak! I thought you were a herbalist!" He says, almost shouting in a hushed voice and she snatched his sword and keeps it against the wall. "Oh so she's all of a sudden my daughter and not yours? You're no longer a young boy, Lother. You have a family, you have Cade, Willow and a baby on the way." She says, holding his hand and making him feel her belly.

He felt guilty, and he exhaled with acceptance before his forehead touches her. "I apologise, sincerely. I am a knight, my job is to protect the nation..as well as our family." He spoke, and Willow looked back, a smile on her stoic face before she got up and hummed a happy reply. She picks her doll and walked to Lother, raising it in the air.

Lother smiled and held her doll. "Alright, let's play, what adventures does my little traveler need to tell me?" He laughs as he picked Willow and threw her in the air before catching her and nibbling at her soft cheeks which makes her smile and giggle.

Meanwhile, Cade the older brother was with Ginrou, filling the wooden big bucket full of water that he kept running downstairs and getting before panting. "Ugh..how does mother even do this? Is this how it feels to take care of a kid?! If so, I'd rather not get married in the first place!" He spoke before rubbing his eyes, a sign of tired and sleepiness. Ginrou stared at him, as he sat in the wooden tub naked, curled up with his bare knees on his chest. He splashes water onto him before giggling at Cade's surprised look.

Cade frowned before shouting. "I will make sure you won't leave this tub unclean! And you will wear PERFECT and FRESH clothes!" He grabs him and starts washing his hair with shampoo roughly. Ginrou groans in irritation of his ways of cleaning before biting his hand but ended up spitting in the tub because of the soap, giving a bitter taste to the tongue.

An hour passes and Ginrou climbs downstairs with Cade, a growl leaving his mouth before he looked at Lother who ended up bursting into laughter. Ginrou had worn a dress, white in colour with ribbons on his wrist. Cade smirked, happy enough he made a a fool of Ginrou to teach him a lesson on not biting him. Magdelena was surprised before she sighed, a little upset but happy that Cade had at least cleaned him.

"Alright, come on now. Cade, give me your shirt and pants. I'll stich them up for Ginrou to make it his size. And please don't take Willow's clothes next time, you know she hates that." She whispered the last part to Cade pointing back towards Willow who was grumbling upsettingly.

Magdelena walks to Ginrou and leads him upstairs before coming downstairs after half an hour. She points behind her. "He's all ready! I made all of us dinner, so pick up your own plates and stand ready~!" She says, in a playful manner and Ginrou sees how Lother runs pass him and leaves Willow next to her before looking at Cade who starts whining about Willow being spoiled rotten.

Ginrou smiled and followed the mother before walking and grabbing his plate, and walking next to Willow, wanting to talk to her. However, Willow immeidietly walks to the mother in order to get her plate filled with gravy, ignoring Ginrou, and her actions disheartened him. He knew it was too early to be friends yet.

Everybody sat on the table together, ready to eat before being stopped by Magdelena. "Hold on, we can't just eat food without thanking our Lord, can we children? He, who made us, gave us food through soil and trees?" She asks, looking at Cade and Willow before nodding and she turned to the food, whispering prayers that were foreign to Ginrou.

Ginrou looked at Lother who smiled and whispered words, making him repeat those words in his own language. "Remember, God understand both our heart and words, just thank him. He'll give more than what you have then." He winked and then began to eat his food, and Ginrou nodded.

However, Ginrou looked around the table and saw how the family ate, giggling and reminiscing about their day. Ginrou felt right where he was supposed to be...

I'm finally home..
