"alright, shades check AirPods check sunscreen check okay what else" i ask myself as i double-check my beach bag "liv, you got the snacks and the picnic basket?" i call out "yeah, i got em what drink do you want" she asked "a cherry coke." "mkay" i pick up my bag and head downstairs to meet olivia "you ready girl?" "yeah let's go" i say as we head out of our Madrid air bnb "dominic's not coming?" "nope he wanted to go and see some friends or something" i reply as i get into the front seat of our rental and begin driving to the beach

As we make it to the beach, i park the car,  and we hop out, grabbing our bags and the picnic basket. We walk down the sandy beach until we find a good spot. When we finally do, we put our stuff down and lie down on our huge blanket. After 15 minutes of us lying down, i sit up "you wanna head out into the water?" i ask "yeah,sure" liv says getting up with me, as we make our way to the ocean "last one there has to buy dinner" i call out as i start running towards the ocean "stopppp!" liv yells, chasing after me i make it there first, shivering in the cold water. I laugh as liv trips and fall into the water "oh my god i hope no one saw that" she laughs getting up "i sure did" "ughh i'm gonna die" liv utters waking back onto the beach with me following

After 3 more hours of us going back and forth from the sand to the ocean, we finally are tired and ready to go back to the air bnb . "What should we get for dinner?" "hmm, maybe ramen" "yeah ramen sounds good it'll taste even batter knowing ur paying" i laugh out. "hahah ur not funny" liv deadpans, "you know i'm the funniest" "mhm sureee" liv say as we walk inside the house
