Sienna skips her way down the long stairs on the hill of Pabu, nodding and waving towards the locals, avoiding real conversation. She was going down to the docs to meet her friends, who she'd told there were some exciting things she wanted to discuss. Her friends always expected nothing less than spontaneous adventures, and she always delivered.
In her hands was her moms old datapad, something that her mom had never let her handle, and always shoved it in a drawer anytime when she was a little girl looking for something to play on. She'd finally gotten the time to be nosy, and snooped through the datapad. She found something that couldn't be kept to herself, and was something that could also be the turning point in her life.
She started to sprint towards her friends who hung their legs off a deck, patiently waiting for her to arrive. They turned once they heard her, and stood up to greet her.
"Slow down, Sienna!" Kelani yelled.
"Are you okay?" Isla asks, placing her hand on an out of breath Sienna.
"I am better than okay!" Sienna bends over to catch her breath, flipping her hair out of her face. "I have amazing news!"
The two girls look at each other, and then back to her. Sienna quickly sits down, taking out the datapad and sliding her finger across the screen. They sit down across from her, antsy from anticipation.
"I found out who my father is!" She grins, looking up at them with a huge smile spread across her face. The girls' mouths drop open, not even knowing what to say. Something Sienna was always paranoid about was who her dad was. She always wondered who on the island it could be, she would analyze how her mom interacted with some of the residents, any old friends she talked to was ruled out, and her mother never showed any interest towards any man, and talking to her mom about it was out of the question, because she would shut it down and tell her she would tell her when she's older. Though finding out what she had on the datapad wasn't intentional, it was definitely a reward.
"Tell us!!!" Isla whines, getting impatient. Kelani agreed by nodding her head frantically.
"Well, how about I just read you what my mom wrote..." They gasp, huddling over Sienna to read what was on the datapad. She pulled away and stood up, teasing them.
"Sixth, Primeday 16th. Tech assisted me in fixing my boat, once it was running we took it around to my favorite private area on the island, we swam, things got heated and..." Sienna squealed at the sentence excitedly, while the others gasped. She ran up the docks as the others chased her.
"Tech? Who's this Tech?" Isla questions, never hearing of him.
"Was that all?" Kelani pries.
"Sixth, Zhellday 18th. Crosshair interrupted me again today. It was a long tiring day, and it had been a while since we'd been together, needless to say I gave in and..."
The gasps got louder, shock covering their faces. Sienna giggled at the reaction, waiting for what their thoughts were.
"Crosshair? There's two guys?!" Kelani asks, Isla joins. "So which one is your father?!"
Sienna runs away again, finding shade and a ledge to sit on. She brought the datapad back up to her face, peaking above it before reading more.
"Sixth, Taungsday 23rd. It finally happened, Hunter and I ran into each other in the night, and let's just say we talked for a bit, and..." Sienna held the datapad to her chest, falling back in a fit of laughter.
"Three guys?! Sienna! So which one is your father?" Isla asks, turning serious for a minute.
"I don't know!" Sienna laughs, genuinely happy despite not knowing exactly. The two girls look at her in utter shock not sure what to say. "I don't know but I am still thrilled! I finally know something about my father!"
"What? Their names? You know nothing about these guys!" Kelani added, worried for her friend. "What are you going to do about this information?"
"It's not what I'm going to do, it's what I did!" Sienna says, mischievously. The girls didn't think it could get worse, yet they underestimated their friend.
"Sienna! What did you do?" Kelani asked, patiently waiting for an answer.
"I might've sent a message to them, through this datapad, 'from' my mom." She says with a huge grin.
"Sienna, Delphi is going to flip when she sees them here! You should've talked to her first!" Isla suggested. Sienna shook her head in disagreement.
"My mom wouldn't tell me, and if she knew that I went through this datapad, I'd be grounded until I was 18! If this comes up as them just visiting, I'll go right under the radar, anddd I'll find out who my father is!"
"Sienna, how will you find out which one is your father?"
"I'll know! I'll know the minute I see them." She claims confidently. Isla and Kelani share a look, and look back towards their friend.
"Well, we're here for you no matter what. Just please don't do anything else reckless." Kelani states, clasping her hands together. Isla nods in support.
"Sienna, there you are! I need your help fixing some lights, mind seeing your friends later?" Delphi asks, wiping her forehead from sweat. Sienna smiles, hiding the datapad behind her back.
"Of course mom, I'll be right there."
Delphi smiles and turns to leave, as Sienna hands Isla the datapad. "Keep this safe." She nods and takes the datapad gently.

Delphi stands on a ladder held by her daughter, screwing in a new lightbulb. Sienna nervously kept looking back at the window, thinking about her potential fathers arriving. What would they think about her? Do they know about her? Would they know that she was theirs? Sienna started to feel anxious about her decision. She was hoping that they just wouldn't come, so that she can forget it ever happened.
"What were you, Isla and Kelani talking about earlier? A boy?" Delphi teases, looking down at her daughter with a smirk.
"No! Why would you say that?" Sienna answers, gripping the ladder tighter.
"I don't know, maybe the giggling, and the way your friends looked at you. There's plenty of boys here that have their eyes on you, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them caught your attention."
"Boringgg. I'm way more occupied with other things, boys are the least of my worries."
Delphi climbs down from the ladder, folding it up and walking out of the house. The owner nods in thanks as he attends to the plants in front. Sienna follows far behind her mother, hoping the conversation wouldn't continue.
"You know, these boys have talked a lot about you, maybe give one a chance."Sienna rolled her eyes. Her only worries right now was whether 3 dads were going to show up, and whether they would care to meet her. It seems more concerning than which boy on the island liked her. She knew her mom was trying to set her up, for her to have a nice husband on the island and live happily ever after on the island she's known her whole life. She knew there was more out there, and her father could take her there.
"You know I only want what's best for you." Delphi adds while stopping to face her. Sienna stops in front of her, faking a smile. "I know."
