Escape house

Season 1 Chapter 2

We sat on the floor and started talking for a few minutes before it starts, the time hits 8 am and the lights at the front of the hall lights up, there comes a guy with two person next to him which seems to be gaurds, "Welcome, players to the escape house, I'm your host for this game, you can call me Mr. Host. You need to escape this place in order to get your 1 million dollars, but there's consequences, everyday, one  game will be held and if you lose then.. there will be consequence, only one player is able to get 1 million dollars so please be cautious." The man speaks, "Escape house? Games? Oh my god! I shouldn't have clicked yes for 1 million dollars! Oh I'm so stupid!" I say to myself feeling disappointed, I look to my side to Nadja and she looks disappointed too "Hey, did you also say yes in the ad?" I say to Nadja "Yea..I even forced Seira too even though she said not to join.." I look at Seira who is giving the side eye with a disappointed look on her face to Nadja. "Now players, you may explore the place but remember to come back at 2:00 p.m. for your first game and also lunch will be serve in your rooms at 12 and if you don't take your food before 1 then you won't eat lunch as we will take it away." The host says as he walks away with the gaurds. "Hm uh do you guys want to explore this place?" I say to Nadja and Seira "Sure!" Nadja replies back and Seira replies back with a nod. We started exploring the place, some rooms were decorated beautifully while some were plain like tha main hall, weird paintings and antique furnitures in some rooms.

4 hours have passed, is 12 where we are going to have lunch, I went to grab lunch in my room and waited for Nadja and Seira to come to my room since I promise them that we can eat together in my room. 2-3 minutes later, Nadja and Seira arrives, we talked as we eat, Seira started talking a bit, it seems that she's comfortable with me now and that's a relief. I was curious on why Seira doesn't talk much to other people other than Nadja, so I ask Nadja "Hey um is it okay if I ask why doesn't Seira talk much to other people except you?..Is okay if you don't want to answer it!" Nadja's happy expression disappears as she hears the question, she looks at Seira for approval and Seira nods her head, "Oh um so Seira is doesn't talk much to other people is because she doesn't trust them and also because of one of our old friend.." I look at Nadja with concern in my eyes "Oh I see, what did your other friend did?" I say to Nadja "I can't say is quite personal" Nadja replies "Is alright, I understand, but did they do something bad?" I say to Nadja "Yes, let's just say they kind of did something that is permanent in Seria's mind which is why she doesn't talk to other people much other than me" Nadja replies.  An hour and a half has passed and we think we should head to the main hall for our first game, Nadja was happy she like games and she's confident that's she'll win, Seria on the other hand was fine with games unless if it's not too hard. We arrived to the main hall and there were chairs in the center, a lot of them. "Is this musical chairs? I love musical chairs!" Nadja says happily "..Musical chairs?..I think is alright unless I win.." Seira says "Musical chairs? Uh..I'm not the best at it but I think I can win!" I say, we sit down on the floor as we wait for the host to arrive since we are not allowed to sit on the chairs.
