"So... how did you get here?" Sophie asked, breaking the nervous silence. She and her friend had finally managed to get to the real Elysian, finally defeated Vespera, well, kinda, and found out that there was another person living here, and she was also called Elysian?

Maybe that was all just a teeny weenie bit too much for Sophie. But she had to stay strong, as she had already come so far. So did everyone else.

"The question is more like: How did YOU get here." Elysian snorted. She, or at least what Sophie and her friends assumed, hadn't introduced herself or showed any signs of astonishment. Yet. Up until now.

When they first met, Sophie and the others were suddenly over-washed by a sudden calmness, and even Lady Gisela had to give in and admit that her stones didn't work anymore.

Biana, Marella and the rest were sent back to the rest of Black Swan to tell them what happened, whilst Sophie, Keefe and Fitz followed Elysian with Lady Gisela to a garden filled with butterflies and flora.

Where they were now.

"No, no. I think you misunderstood here." The crisp, needlelike voice of Lady Gisela sounded through Sophie's ears. There was something so intimidating and powerful about it, which made her shiver. „I ask the questions, YOU answer them."

Elysian turned to face her, a pair of deep, ocean blue eyes piercing through her black cloak. She let out the biggest snort ever, before responding in her melodious voice: "I knew from the start that you were trouble."

"Don't worry about my dear mother. She's just a bit, you know, crazy." Keefe butted in.

Even though his voice was back to its joking self, Sophie could still feel his anger, frustration, and the scared boy she got to know so well this time.

Keefe's words left the biggest snort to both Fitz, Sophie and Elysian.

"Crazy? Underrated." Fitz commented.

"Ya, let's not talk about her while we can enjoy a moment of peace and NOT be scared she will attack her with some alienlike stones or trolls or what-so-evers."

"Speaking of that, who are you anyways?" Sophie asked, turning back to Elysian. "And how did you know we were looking for you?"

"All these years, I have been forgotten. This magical place, where everything began, has been forgotten. Only those few remain of the time, but they are either dead or to forgotten of the murky past. But I didn't mind. These centuries, alone, away from the rest of the world. They were lonely, yes. But still beautiful."

"How old are you?" Sophie realised it was her own voice.

"I don't know. Maybe 10.000. Millennials. Maybe more. Time doesn't matter here." Elysian's voice was distant, nostalgic.

"By the time you're my age, nothing really matters anymore." With that, she stood up from a stool covered in gold, and walked away from the group. When she finally set to a halt, she held the almond pin in her hand, and with a click, unclasped it.
