As they arrived at the train station, Bakugo purchased two tickets for their destination. He led you onto the train car and found an empty seat for both of you.

"Now," he began, turning to face you once they were settled in. "We need to figure out what we're going to do moving forward."

His expression was serious as he discussed their options with you. It was clear he was on board with everything they'll come across in their journey and it relieved him that you're there with him.

You nodded sharply in agreement and looked at him with a serious expression.

"We do... We have to talk about preparations and finances." Putting those up on the table was rather stressful but you knew you wouldn't be going through those alone as he was there for you in any way. Bakugo grunted in agreement, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Yeah, we do," he admitted. "But don't worry about it too much. I've got some savings put aside and we can always rely on Pro Hero support if needed."

Despite his tough exterior, he cared deeply for you and wanted to ensure your safety. She sighed in relief hearing that from him.

"I did figure you would be having your savings... But the thing is... Is it enough? And wouldn't it be best to go to them when needed most?"

You started to contemplate and maybe even overthink causing her to experience different emotions - stress, fear, and panic. Bakugo frowned at your questions and the expression on your face, his fingers drumming impatiently on his thigh.

"It'll be fine," he assured you. "I've got enough saved up to last us a while. As for going to them... Well, let's avoid it if we can. They might try to take advantage of our situation."

His voice was firm as he reiterated his point. He didn't trust many people and those he did trust were few and far between. You smiled again and then held onto his hand, giving it a light squeeze.

"Despite.. The difficulties this situation may bring, it is quite exciting and something to look forward to, don't you think?"

You asked, being optimistic about the situation at hand as you both cross a long bridge to get to both your goals. Bakugo returned your smile, squeezing your hand back gently.

"Yeah, you're right," he agreed. "It does sound pretty exciting. Just promise me one thing."

His gaze intensified as he locked eyes with you. "Promise me we'll face whatever comes our way together." You nodded an answer to his promise and leaned against him.

"I promise. And you too should promise me to never leave my side and be there for me throughout whatever happens."

You added and snuggled lightly against his arm, wrapping yours around his and hummed in relief. Bakugo grinned at your promise, leaning in closer to you as you wrapped an arm around his, but instead, he put that arm around your waist and let you lean on his chest.

"You've got my word," he vowed. "No matter what happens, I'm not leaving your side."

His voice was firm and resolute as he made his vow to you. No matter what challenges lay ahead of them, they would face them together. You were assured and were relieved by what he said, and then an idea appeared in your mind.

"Now... Are we going to tell anyone about this? Like... The friends we made when we were still students and training to be the heroes we are today?"

You asked curiously, quite anxious about his possible reaction but you were curious so why not?
