Minho looked up at the sky as the rain slowly poured down his figure—the droplets of water harsh and aggressive against his skin, the bag of groceries he had on his hands not helping.

There was a storm coming up, as it was said on the news brieftly having the need to stock up before letting the harsh winds and water flood the entire ground when it was finished.

Minho didn't mind the water, what he did mind was how long the flood was going to be. His cats wasn't fond of it either—although due to the false sense of safety held by their sanctuary. They looked fine and didn't care much.

Minho sighed as he walked underneath a small roof a closed café near by—looking up at the gloomy dark sky, it wasn't gonna past. He was stuck or maybe he just didn't wanna get his clothes wet.

Either way he had to go, even if it meant getting drenched by the skies tears—a blessing on hot summer days but it was already past summer.

Walking carefully on the sidewalks not wanting to slip and fall on his butt, be embarrassed by no one around—everyone was also trying to find shelter or run towards their homes.

The homeless stuck on the alleys, the stray dogs and cats trying to find some closure—only to be met by the presence of death, Minho couldn't do anything for them if he wanted too.

The world was cruel and sometimes even if he did want to help, there was nothing he could do.

Walking and getting drenched as he huffed, the groceries were thankfully being cooperative and weighing only a few—his eyes closed as he smiled, mentally thanking his coach for the strength.

Looking like an idiot as he stood in the middle of the rain, smiling to no one but himself—he begins walking again, water splattering on the ground.

The cars going fast creating a splash of rage over the people walking by the sides of the streets—Minho was used to this by now, people were assholes nowadays.

The magic of friendship down to the drain as adult life and sarcasm takes over, curse taxes and the government entirely for raising everything up to where people can't even get a proper meal.

And those cruel jokes made by everyone to the point kids learn nothing but be the next generation of assholes without learning how to read or write, even spell.

Gadgets were sometimes a blessing but mostly a curse.

Kids slowly giving up school, forgetting some of its valuable lessons due to the rough adults in today's time—everyone was going for each other's throat. No one was safe these days.

Minho walked with a deadpan expression—thinking deeply, too lost in thought as he walked through the rain. Like a soaked cat, his instincts still a part of him.

Immediately dodging a ball coming through his way—clumsy teenagers, running around the sides of the streets with a ball on hand, Minho's eyes slightly glimmered.

He remembered when he was just a teenager, not caring about anything, not worrying about anything, just school and himself plus his three big back cats.

Slowly moving his gaze towards a dead dog on the side walk as he sighed—walking past it, having a gloomy and dead expression written over his face once more.

Not even the animals were safe, whether it be from another animal, human, or nature.

Everyone has a end in the end.

Minho briefly stopped his tracks as he chuckled to himself at the thought, slowly looking around as he needed to see if he was actually going in the right direction.

His breath hitched as he sees a figure dressed in all black just standing there, menacingly. Drenched and soaked with the cold waters of the sky.

His expression looking blank as ever, the hood over his head making him have this darken expression on his face. Suddenly hearing a bark as Minho glanced down at the dog.

His eyes widen as he slightly grimaced seeing the cute puppy walk towards the figure, slowly reaching his hand out. Minho could feel the air cold, the raindrops stopped mid air briefly.

The winds and sounds all silent of no sound made—it was as if he was witnessing death itself. The figure slowly removed it's hood, having a cute and handsome face.

His hair curly and his eyes slightly squinted, having dark circles under his eyes as he crouched down—gently petting the puppy before it's body slowly leaned against it.

Minho's eyes widen as he sees the puppy go limp, having seen a blueish white puppy coming out of it.

'It's soul...The pup-'

Slowly the male gently caressed the puppy's limp body—moving his hands all over it as it slowly glowed a soft light of green, it's flesh slowly getting teared. The pool of blood making it's self know and it's muscles, to veins, and bones.

Minho felt his stomach drop at such a horrid sight—closing his eyes as he tried to keep himself from vomiting, his body still frozen with time yet his soul moved against it keeping him conscious.

Slightly peeking in between his squinted eye lids as he sees the puppy's soul running and jumping around the male who had a soft smile yet tired gaze on his face—the flesh, bones, blood, everything from the small pup,

They were gone, made into dust as it makes itself go back to the place it belongs to—the soil where it's nutrients will make new life available to grow.

Slowly the male stood up as the small puppy gradually disappeared into small bright particles as they were floating up about the cloudy and gloomy sky. The male looked up at it—slowly Minho could feel his fingers twitching, hear the sounds of the cars and voices from strangers.

Time was slowly moving once more—in Minho's eyes everything felt like a fever dream, seeing the male covered by the dark soaked clothes looked so dazed out of it.
