PART 5 : SHOCK

Meerab woke up directly the evening..
When she woke up she saw Murtasim working in his laptop beside her she just stared at him blankly

Murtasim : meerab ab kaisi ho

( meerab just stared at him and went to washroom w/out saying anything )

Murtasim was confused as she never ignored him like this after some time , she came back..

Murtasim : meerab bhook lagi hai kya ? Khaana khaogi ?

She again didn't reply but Murtasim saw her face and understood that she was hungry so he went to bring some food.

Murtasim : meerab ye lo khaana khao
Meerab : ...
Murtasim : kya hua hai baat kyun nahi kar rahi ho

She turned her face up to look at him once but she again looked down..

Murtasim : mai khila doon??

She just kept staring the ground like a statue , Murtasim was kind of scared as he never saw someone like this specially meerab..but then he thought that she must have been hungry as she didn't ate the lunch aswell so he decided to feed her first..

Murtasim took the spoon near her mouth , she just opened her mouth a little gazing the wall behind him he continued to feed her and after the last spoon he gave her water and asked :

" Meerab kya hua hai yaar aise kyun behave kar rahi ho , baat kyun nahi kar rahi ho maine kuch kiya hai kya batao naa.. "

Meerab gazed at him for a second thin continued staring at the ground..

Murtasim : Maine kuch kiya hai kya , I'm sorry
Meerab : .....

Murtasim was Hella scared now as to why his wife was behaving like this but he didn't let his emotions appear on his face as she might get more scared..

Murtasim : acha meerab change krlo sojaate hain

Meerab , instead of responding , went to bed and sat their trying to sleep but her hair came to her face which annoyed her but she just kept blankly staring at the wall

Murtasim : meerab baal bandh lo

When she didn't respond he took a comb and went to her and started making her hair..

Meerab just gazed him when she felt something in her hair , but she again looked to the ground ..
Murtasim made her hair into a loose braid and helped her to sleep and he also slept..

In morning

Murtasim : meerab taiyaar ho jao 8.00 baj chuke hain

Meerab woke up from her sleep sat on the bed and started to stare at him with no emotions on her face..

Murtasim understood that she won't do anything but he didn't knew why so he helped her

TIME SKIP - 1 MONTH LATER

From the past 1 month , murtasim has been helping meerab in everything from food to bath EVERYTHING but he was also scared about the behavior of meerab as she didn't talk to him or anyone else she was in her room all the time she didn't even take care of herself and her phone had been ringing since 1 month but she did not bother to answer it...
seeing this behavior of meerab even maa begum , mariyam and others were also panicked as she was never like that to be honest she couldn't spend an hour without talking and here she was mute from 1 month..
The thing that triggered them the most was they didn't know why she was so changed "to be change" was an understatement regarding her current situation..

Maa begum : Murtasim kamre me aao baat karni hai
Murtasim : ji Maa begum

They went to her room

Maa begum : tumhe nahi lagta kuch garbar hai
Murtasim : ji , main samjha nahi
Maa begum : meerab ki tabiyat kharab nahi hui hai , masla kuch aur hi hai beta
Murtasim : matlab Maa begum ( he asked nervously )
Maa begum : hum dono aaj shaam ko meerab ko lekar dargah jaayenge usko taiyaar kardo
Murtasim : haan Maa begum

Murtasim went to his room and saw meerab sitting on the sofa staring at her own hand , murtasim approached her and kneeled before her

Murtasim : meerab ab bas ho gaya hai yaar kuch toh bolo 1 mahine se tumhaari awaaz sunne ko taras raha hoon kuch toh bolo yaar..( he said as a tear escaped his eye )

She just stared at him blankly making him even more sad..

Murtasim : aaj hum dargah jaane wale hai , chalo tumhe taiyaar kar dete hain..

With that he helped meerab change her outfit , make her hair and take the dupatta on her hair and took her down waiting for Maa begum..
She came there in 5 minutes

Maa begum : meerab beta ab kaisi ho

Meerab just gazed her for a second and then towards Murtasim and then towards the ground..
