I'm in the kitchen playing loud music and baking so i can't hear anything basically.The door opens and closes,it's my dad with the football team but i didn't realise they're there. My dad is the coach of the football team at my school
"." My dad yells over the music.I turn it off and turn around,i freeze when i see them.My ENEMY kai!! i forgot he was the team captain in the football team ughh could my life get any worse??
"The football team are staying tonight cause of the game tomorrow." my dad speaks
"okay cool." i say trying not to be annoyed, don't get me wrong i was close with the football team ever since i was younger and they have always had my back to be fair i just HATEDDD kai and he hates me too which we also grew up together and we used to be so close until high school hit and he randomly started hating me, boys am i right? i rolled my eyes while thinking to myself
The other boys aren't paying attention,they are busy with eachother but kai is staring at me with disgust which is making me cringe
"problem???" i say with annoyance in my voice
"me??" kai says pointing to himself,a smirk on his lips.He leans back against the counter "nah just realising how naturally ugly you are" he says casually
*ughhh this boy is so fucking annoying* i think to myself
"you've got such a cheek especially when u smell like a sweaty ogre!!!"
Kai snorts, "i just got back from practice whats you excuse?" his smirk is still on his face as he tilts his head slightly
i'm so close to wiping that stupid smirk off his face "i swear to god-" i was cut off when my best friend amara walks through the kitchen,amara is kai's sister as-well how ironic
anyways amara comes into the kitchen after seeing me and kai arguing
"again you two? Seriously?" Amara looks between both of us with annoyance
"heeeeeyyyy-" i say acting like nothing happened
kais smirk faded and he looked at his sister
"she started it!" he says with a shrug
"HUH? NO I NEVER!" i say defensively
"oh yes you did!" kai argues back
Amara sighs. "are you two EVER gonna get along??."
"doubt it" kai says,leaning back against the kitchen counter again.
"heh id rather not!" i roll my eyes
"then stop arguing!" Amara says with annoyance in her voice,clearly she's fed up with the two of us always arguing whenever we are around each other.
Amara looks at you after a couple minutes of silence.
"can we go swimming in your pool" she says
oh yeah i have a swimming pool in my back garden did i forget to mention?
"nooo i can't be bothereddddd" i say
amara rolls her eyes "come on please"
if i said no again she would just continue begging and begging anyway soo...
"fine." i say firm but now i need to actually go in the swimming pool we go upstairs to my room and i grab a bikini out as she already unpacks hers a couple moments later we are heading towards my back garden
kai ,and the team hear that you're both going swimming so they decide to follow and watch
amara looks at him "we're going to the pool what about it?"
"nothing can we join?" kai's eyes flicker over my body which had a towel still wrapped around but it was subtle and quick.
"ermmm i suppose" amara says
kai and all his friends go to the pool too. They set down their stuff and start messing with eachother and i was too paranoid to drop my towel down
after some time kai looks at me
"are you gonna stand there all day or get in?" he questions raising an eyebrow
" obviously gonna get in idiot" i say annoyed but still hesitant.
"obviously" he says with sarcasm. "Then go ahead unless you're scared?"His tone was teasing and mocking
*i drop my towel*
