On Friday morning, I flew out to New York to appear on the Jimmy Fallon show. We announced the song this morning. Martin was going to come with me to promote the song, but he ended up realizing he had to go do sound checks for the Dutch Grand Prix set. So, I sat in my dressing room with Millie.

"You know, Martin's friends are cute. I was stalking them after you called. And the other drivers are hot too." Millie was sitting on the side as I made a ginger tea. I roll my eyes at her, laughing as I dip the tea bag in and out of the cup.

"What happened to Chase? He was talking about you yesterday." Chase was my stylist. Chase and Millie have a long history of flirting with each other and they both like each other, but they won't confess their feelings.

Chase and I decided on a black dress for the talk show and a black and silver checkered dress for the performance.

"Not for me, for you. Get Martin to introduce you to all the hot ones." Millie grins cheekily before getting up when there is a knock on my door.

"Absolutely not. I don't have time for that." It's her turn to roll her eyes before she opens the door and Jimmy's assistant is outside waiting to take us back to the set.

"Next up, we have a global artist that everyone is talking about right now. It's Alex Jenson!" Jimmy stood and clapped with the audience as they cheered. I walked to the chair and sat down after hugging Jimmy.

"Hi! How is everyone?" I asked the audience before they cheered again in response.

"So Alex, you just did a one night only that sold out in london. How was that?" He turns in his chair to watch me respond.

"It was so great. I could never in my wildest dreams imagine that night. The crowd was so cool, they knew every word. Every fucking word. Oh shit. Fuck. Jesus Christ, sorry about that." Jimmy couldn't stop laughing but he reassured to me that it was fine.

"So, this morning you announced a single with the Martin Garrix." Jimmy started agter he cooled down.

"Yes! It's such a fun song. It's about a time in my life I don't really care for anymore but it was a cool concept to write about. And Martin is a genius so we literally finished it in like 5 hours." I smile when the audience cheers again.

"Alex."

"Jimmy."

"Can we get a sneaky sneak peak?" I laugh at his question before teasingly looking at the audience.

"Uhhhhh, no" I laugh at Jimmy playfully rollin this eyes.

"At least give us your favorite lyric."

"Ok. Actually you know what, i'm going to keep you on your toes. Here's my second favorite lyric: 'And I wonder why, wonder what for. It's like we keep coming back for more.'" I smile when the audience cheers and Jimmy starts clapping too.

"I don't know about everyone else, but I am excited for next Friday." Jimmy stood to clap. I laughed again, using my palms to cover my cheeks.

"So, you're done with tour. You said you are wrapping up the 'vicious' era, so what's on the agenda then?" Jimmy asked after everyone got quiet.

"Just relaxing. The next album is in the works already. Actually, Martin invited me to the Dutch Grand Prix this weekend. So, if I get into that maybe that's what my off time is going to be filled with." I nod.

"Who are your favorite drivers?" I laugh because I don't know.

"Um, I don't know. I've only heard of it because I live in Monaco now. When I lived in New York, no one ever talked about it. But, it's going to be fun. Martin has friends that drive in F1, but uh yea, it's going to be exciting."
