One day a little girl named Elizabeth and her father were going to a restaurant. The place was called "Circus Baby's Entertainment," but it is now abandoned. Elizabeth loved this place, but her father kept her away from it. One Saturday afternoon they went to the pizzeria, there was a big stage with robots standing on it, Elizabeth's favorite was called Circus Baby. All the robots were dancing and singing on the stage, Elizabeth really wanted to go up and see them but, her father always dragged her away, she never understood why.

When they were on their way home to her older brother Michael and her younger brother C.C who were both home with her mother. They all went straight to sleep because it was past C. C's bedtime. When they woke up, they all went to the pizzeria together because C.C had been begging Clara to take them. And again, Elizabeth asked to see the animatronics, but her father said no.

This went on for weeks, until one night Elizabeth went to the pizzeria alone early in the morning, she wanted to see her and did not know why her father was saying not to. Elizabeth snuck into the main stage room and saw Circus Baby standing there, so beautiful and tall. "Daddy isn't watching." Elizabeth said to Circus Baby. "I wanted to watch your show too. I don't know why he won't let me come see you, you're wonderful! Where did the other children go?" She slowly walked to the stage, it was so empty, and everything echoed louder than a plane flying by. "Hello?" She went up to the animatronic, standing tall in front of her. The animatronic lady started taking to Elizabeth "I can make ice cream; did you know that?" Elizabeth was amazed and yelled happily, "I love ice cream!" Little did she know it was a trap "Great! Come closer so I can reward you with a delicious treat!" Baby answered, Elizabeth went over to the animatronic standing so tall on the stage so happy, thinking about her father's words while walking towards her, "she is really nice what was Father talking about?" Elizabeth thought. She went over to the animatronic for her ice cream. Then something tragic happened, it all happened so quickly. All she heard was ringing and sirens, she could only taste blood. Elizabeth woke up and saw she was in something that looked like a small cupboard. Suddenly, she heard Michael, her father, and her mother yelling, "Elizabeth!" While C.C was crying in her mother's arms she burst into tears when she realized she was inside Circus Baby. William quickly realizes Elizabeth did not listen to him. He broke into tears sobbing "Why didn't you listen Lizzy!?" Out of anger, he punched the brick wall scraping his fist, now covered in blood, while he tried to fully process that his daughter was gone.

Michael, Mrs. Afton, and C.C looked confused, "Liz is dead." William said in an exceptionally soft and upset voice. Mrs. Afton exclaimed "What the hell do you mean, William!" William got frustrated and yelled at her, "Liz is dead! She didn't listen to me, and she got herself killed!" Mrs. Afton couldn't believe what her husband had just said to her, but the only thing she could do was cry. Her little girl was gone forever.

Michael blamed himself for Elizabeth's death, he knew he didn't do anything, but he still blamed himself. He knew his father's abuse was just going to get worse, he was more worried about C.C though. Michael knew William neglected Elizabeth and C.C and the neglect of C.C was just going to be worse now that she is gone. He knew he must protect his brother at all costs. Suddenly, they hear "Something bad always happens." In shock they were standing there trying to find out where it was coming from. "I'm sorry Daddy, I'm sorry Mommy, I'm sorry Mikey, and I'm sorry C.C. I will miss you." They knew that voice was coming from the animatronic standing in front of them. They all started crying even more when Michael screamed "I'm so sorry, Lizzy!"

They were devastated the whole way home, Michael was scared about his father, C.C was sleeping, Mrs. Afton was crying, and William was thinking about Elizabeth and how sweet she was. When they got home none of them could sleep so they each tried to entertain themselves, but it was just awkward, so they all went to their rooms.
