chapter 14

later in the day, rosita and daryl seemed to be in a bad mood. i learned hours after they got back that denise was dead.

she was shot through the head with drayls crossbow.

they did mention to rick that some of megan's people were there. meaning we hadn't gotten the job done.

rick and morgan went looking for carol since her boyfriend reported her as missing, i walked down stairs and stared at the kitchen.

carol would usually be in the kitchen every morning. it looks so empty without her.

i made my way to the front door and closed it behind me. people walked around, pushing things around to where they belonged

i saw judith and maggie talking, they laughed and seemed like they were having fun talking with each other.

i smiled a little and kept walking. people were guarding the entrance like they've always been.

the sky was a little clouded but none the less it was sunny. little flowers started to grow here and there in the grass.

i accidentally stepped on a few as i walked around. i stopped walking when someone walked right past me.

my eyes followed them, they looked hurt. blood going down their face. i turned my body as they kept walking.

what's so interesting about them..? it's like my body has a mind of its own right now. i didn't mean to turn and watch them walk away from me.

i looked over to the left, rosita was giving me a questioning look but i shook my head.

i wasn't told why we loaded up into the RV. carl even came this time. i glanced at everyone, i heard abraham talking about heading to hilltop.

carl kept the door open as maggie made her way to the RV. aaron was right behind her.

i felt around in my gun holster, i replaced the gun i normally carried around with glenn's gun. he'd given it to me this morning.

he said i needed it more than him. he'd probably just found a cooler gun.

after maggie and aaron got seated, carl asked sasha to move over and let him sit next to me. sasha looked over at me but i just shrugged.

she moved over and carl took a seat next to me, i looked at him and then looked forwards. i felt weird.

as soon as i got in the RV my stomach started to hurt.

i couldn't tell if it was all the people in the RV that's was making me nervous or if it was the long trip.

i only noticed maggie had cut her hair when i looked at her for a good minute. she looked good.

she didn't look to well though, she's been having horrible constructions. now it does kinda click, i guess it makes sense that we would be going to the hilltop.

but why all of us.? enid wanted to come along, she wouldn't tell me what for but i told her she didn't need to come along.

we argued with each other for a little, but she eventually backed down and said she would stay.

well, she didn't agree to stay..i sort of...locked her in a closet.

she put up a fuss, but i left anyways.
i sighed, i regretted it a little bit. but i also didn't.

as we got ready to leave, rick talked with gabriel, eugene even decided to come along.

rick hurried up and got into the RV. before i knew it, we started driving.
