Dail: Is that all? Is that the actual message you sent her? (Dail asked Darrain while tears were rolling down her cheeks implying how hard the stab from her mother's words pierced her soul)
Darrain remained silent unable to look into her daughter's eyes
Dail: Tell me! A Zyphon cannot lie. What did you sent her?
Darrain: You do not want to know.
Dail: Please do not say it is about Andaine! (Dail's words were broken and filled with plea.)
Darrain remained silent. The silence was enough to clear Dail's concern
Dail: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO US?
Darrain: It was for her own good!
Dail: For her good? Really? Sending information about a 15 year zyphon to a witch! Lord knows what she is up to! What was your offer to do this?
Darrain: You should think carefully before you use certain words.
Dail: You should think before you do certain work!
Darrain: You should hear me out first!
Dail: I do not want to hear anything from you. Once the Gaels are out, leave us alone and never ever visit again!
Darrain: You do not understand. I HELPED YOU.
Dail: YOU BETRAYED ME! No explanations shall be heard anymore. And I forbid you from going near my child.
Darrain's soul and body were left there alone. Dail walked away from her hoping to never come back.
At the rightmost corner of Fraxville was the main house of the Military tribe. It was huge and surrounded by a tall fence embedded with needles. Zyphons who do not agree with the ruling tribe would try to kill them as a whole and establish their power. That has been the tradition since the curse happened. In order to gain power and rule Fraxville, Zyphons would do anything to kill the existing ruling tribe. That is the reason trained soldiers are protected with fence and only eat the food they cultivate. The field is right inside the walls of the main house. Soldiers were in a rush inside as they were packing up tools, weapons and food to go patrolling.
Soldier1: When did they come last night? The Gaels?
Soldier2: Almost past midnight. Guards from the shores sent signals.
Soldier1: Didn't Gaels see them?
Soldier2: Then we wouldn't have gotten the signal, would we?
Soldier1: What if next time they kill the guards first? We won't know if Gaels arrive.
Soldier2: Kid, I am 75 years old. Yet this is the first time the signals were heard.
Soldier1: So, all the times they arrived here, they kill the guards first?
