Chapter Six

Jess POV
I was very excited to start up Love Mix Up as well as the girls. It seem pretty exciting to start a band. Besides we have One Direction as our mentor.

"We need to do the song over & record it this time." Star announces to us.

Jen got the guitar & the lads helped set up microphones. We got the camera ready to record us.

"Hey everyone, I'm Jess." I introduced myself.
"The name is Jen." Jen introduced herself.
"Star is what people call me." Star introduced herself.
"And we're Love Mix Up." We say altogether.
"We'll be singing Give Your Heart A Break by Demi Lovato." I announce.

Jen started to play the guitar in the tune of the song.

"The day I first met you
You told me that you'd never fall in love
But now that I get you
I know fear is what it really was..." Star started off singing.

We sang the song the same way we did before. After we finished, the girls and I went up to my room. We created an email, Twitter, and YouTube account for our band. After uploading the video you can feel the excitement in the room to a very high level.

"Girls I think we need to celebrate our success." Jen announces.
"I'm thinking about exploring London." Star suggested.
"Yyyyyeeeeesssss, we really need to get out of this house." I said excitedly jumping up and down on the bed.

We asked the lads if they wanted to come with us and they agreed. So right now we are all sitting in a van that looked like the one from the music video What Makes You Beautiful.

"Where to first lads?" I ask them.
"We were thinking the Big Ben." Louis answer.

After a day of seeing a lot of amazing sites in London like the Big Ben, London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, Covent Garden, and so much more.

"I'm craving some ice cream right now." I tell them.
"There is an ice cream place not far from here." Niall says.

We reach a Baskin Robbins. I ran inside to order my favorite ice cream; Rocky Road. Can I get a yum?

"Jess, do we need to be worried about you?" Jen ask me.
"You shouldn't be worried about me Jen but you should be more worried about your boyfriend Cody." I tell her sticking out my tongue at her.
"Whatever." She mumbles at me.

I smile in victory while everyone else laugh at us. We all were talking about random things when we were rudely interrupted by someone calling Liam's name.

Liam POV
I hear my name being called. I look up to see my girlfriend, Danielle Peazer. Now is my time to break up with her so I can be with Jessica before anyone else can.

"Hey Liam." Dani greets me.
"Hey Dani, do you mind if I talk to you in private?" I ask her.
"Sure." She agrees.

We walk into a spot that looked a little private with no one around.

"Dani I have something I need to tell you." I softly and calmly spoke to her.
"You know you can tell me anything Liam." She reassure me.
"This is hard for me to do but I developed some feelings for someone else and I think we should break up." I tell her gently.

The next thing was very unexpected.

"YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE! HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU DUMP ME FOR SOMEONE ELSE! WE'VE BEEN FUCKING DATING FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND YOU'RE ENDING IT FOR ANOTHER GIRL!" Dani screams at me while she slapped me in the face.

I took it all in because I knew I deserved it. I just didn't think she'll overreact like this.

"I FUCKING HATE YOU LIAM JAMES PAYNE! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" She storms off angrily.

I went back to the table where everyone else was sitting. I gave them a small smile.

"You alright there mate." Niall ask me.
"Yea, I just had to ended it with her. I didn't want to lead the poor lass on." I say.

Niall nods his head in an understanding way. I look at Jess to see her giving me a small smile. I smile back at her. We all finished our ice cream in silence.

Jen POV
I felt my phone vibrate and went to check my phone. It was a text from Luke.

To Jen: hey Jen it's Luke & I was wondering if u want 2 meet up l8r
To Luke: I'm spending some time with my girls so idk
To Jen: come on plz I still have 4 days 2 make u fall for me
To Luke: let me think about it
To Jen: alright I'm cool with that just let me know what u think

"You alright there Jen?" Star ask me.
"Yea I'm totally fine." I assure her.

She smiles at me and I gave her a weak smile back. Since it was already 7 we all decided to go back home because we all were exhausted from today. I plan on sneaking out because I don't want to worry the girls about meeting with Luke.

At around 8 I texted Luke back to tell him my answer.

To Luke: we can meet up 2day @ around 9-10
To Jen: alright. How bout tthe park?
To Luke: sure

We all had dinner and headed off to sleep. Well, everyone but me that is. At 9:30 I finally decided to head out. I left the home and walked to the park. I saw him sitting on one of the swings. This one small action brought back so many memories and I sighed.

"Hey.." I told him sitting on the swing next to him.
"Hey," He replied with a small smile on his face. "Remember our first date? How we walked to the park together and swung on the swings back at the park back in Cali?"
"Yeah.. the day we talked about what we wanted for our futures." I whispered.

How could I forget? The day we had out first kiss. My first kiss. When we talked about how we hoped we would be together in the future.

I look at him and ask, "why'd you wanna meet up?"
"To talk. To catch up and try to make you realize that I changed. That I should get a second chance." He told me with a hopeful look.
"We agreed on just being friends, though.." I trailed off looking up at the moon with a sigh.
"Imma head back home to get a decent amount of sleep. Sorry, Luke."

I got up and walked back to the boy's home. As I walked back, I let a few tears fall as all of the memories of us come back to me. I looked up at the moon remembering the times we would lay down on the grass and just look at the night sky. I reached the front door of the home and walked in. As I walked in I saw Jess walking back up to her room with a glass of water.

"Jen...?" She asked looking back at me.
"Yeah.. it's me. " I replied walking up to her.
She looked at me and gave me a big bear hug, "I don't know what happened but it'll get better." I gave her a small smile and we walked back to our room.
