The morning after the mehendi ceremony was calm and serene, a peaceful contrast to the previous evening's festivities. Sadhana and Shubman sat in the living room, surrounded by their families. The excitement was palpable as they eagerly awaited the arrival of their wedding invitations. The air was filled with the scent of fresh flowers and the soft hum of traditional music playing in the background.

A knock at the door signaled the arrival of the much-anticipated invitations. Minakshi, Sadhana's niece, ran to the door and returned with a stack of beautifully designed cards. She handed them to Sadhana with a wide grin.

"Here they are! The wedding invitations!" Minakshi exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

Sadhana and Shubman exchanged a look filled with anticipation. Sadhana carefully opened the top invitation, revealing a simple yet elegant design. The card was adorned with intricate gold patterns, and the details of their wedding were written in beautiful calligraphy.

"July 23, just as we planned," Sadhana said, her voice soft and filled with emotion. "A simple, intimate wedding in a temple. It's perfect."

Shubman wrapped an arm around her, pulling her close. "It really is, sweetheart. Just the way we wanted it."

Their parents gathered around to see the invitations. Keart Gill, Shubman's mother, smiled warmly. "These are lovely. Simple yet elegant, just like the two of you."

Sakthivel, Sadhana's father, nodded in agreement. "You both have done a wonderful job with the planning."

Poorani, Sadhana's mother, looked at the invitation and then at her daughter. "Sadhana, are you planning to invite your friends from Tamil Nadu?"

Sadhana glanced at Shubman, who gave her a reassuring smile. She then turned to her mother. "Yes, Amma. I want them to be part of our special day. They've been such an important part of my life, and I want them to share in our happiness."

Shubman squeezed her hand gently. "Absolutely, baby. It wouldn't be the same without them."

Keart chimed in, her tone warm. "It's wonderful that you want to include your friends, Sadhana. Family and friends make these moments even more special."

Sadhana smiled, feeling a wave of gratitude for the support of their families. "Thank you, everyone. This wedding is about bringing all the people we love together to celebrate with us."

Lakhwinder Singh, Shubman's father, added with a grin, "And it's going to be a memorable day, one we'll all cherish forever."

Shubman leaned in and whispered to Sadhana, "I can't wait to see you walk down the aisle, love. It's going to be the most beautiful sight."

She blushed, her heart swelling with love. "And I can't wait to see you waiting for me at the altar, my handsome groom."

Minakshi, who had been listening intently, clapped her hands in excitement. "This is going to be the best wedding ever!"

Dhruv, Minakshi's husband, chuckled. "You're right, Minakshi. It's going to be a day to remember."

Anaya, their daughter, tugged at Sadhana's trousers. "Aunty, can I be a flower girl?"

Sadhana knelt down to her level and scooping Ananya in her arms, her eyes shining with affection. "Of course, darling. You'll be the prettiest flower girl ever."

Anaya beamed, hugging Sadhana tightly. "Yay!"

The room was filled with laughter and the joyous chatter of loved ones. The invitations were passed around, and each family member admired the beautiful design and the heartfelt message within.
