Several weeks went by and I must say I had to give my best friend Ching her props, for pushing me towards him. Liam and I have been inseparable since we've met. I didn't know if I would be able to catch feelings for another guy so soon, but with Liam everything was just so smooth and genuine. Our conversations flew very well, we could talk for hours about anything. He had such a huge fan base that most of the times when we decided to hang out we did lowkey things like the movies, picnics, nature walks, and skate boarding in the abandoned park. He truly was becoming another best friend of mine.
It was Friday, my favorite day of the week actually. Liam and I hung out every Friday and Sunday. We couldn't really see each other everyday because he want to a different school than I did, and he also had certain days he had to create for his YouTube. But this Friday in particular was special, Taehyung was going with Sasha's family for the weekend at a lake house and my mother left for another business trip last Monday. So the house was finally all mine, and oh boy did I have plans for today. Liam and I could finally dance naked listening to Chase Atlantic eating ice cream Sundays, don't ask me how we even came about the idea.
"Someone has a huge smile planted on that pretty little face." Ching teases, and I roll my eyes as I close my locker.
"I have a house all to myself." I whisper, and Ching's eyes widen. "Are you planning to fuck him?" She whispers, and I find myself blushing at the thought of it but I shook my head.
"No, even though I'm not against it either." I tell her.
"So what are you doing?" She asks.
"Oh nothing just some simple quality time." I tell her.
"Oh how I love this for you. No more chasing kookieboy over there. No more jerky jocks. It's just you and Liam and he's such a sweet heart." Ching praises, and I smile.
"He's truly becoming such a great friend.." I say, and Ching scoffs.
"He's more than that. I don't know what's taking you too so long it's been two months since you've met and you both are still using the friend word." Ching says, and I take a deep breath as I then turn my attention towards Jungkook who walks down the hallway meeting my gaze quickly before continuing to walk past me.
"Don't tell me you still have feelings for him?" She whispers, and I turn to face my best friend. "I haven't even spoken about Jungkook in months what gives you the idea I still like him?" I ask.
"Same reason why I'm so hooked onto Jimin." She whispers, and I roll my eyes at the mentions of his name.
"Not the same." I tell her, and she scoffs.
"I should go say hi to him." She then says, and I pull her back and I give her a disapproving look. "No way you're settling to be his side piece." I whisper, and she yanks away.
"When I was his main he cheated with his side piece. It's better this way knowing I don't have to fully trust him anymore. We can do as we please without the attachments." Ching reasons, and I shake my head.
"That is not what you really want. You miss him you just want to be close in any way you can." I tell her, and she grabs her books from my hand. "Look, now isn't the time for another Jimin lecture. Let me do me Kay?" She says, kissing my cheek before walking towards the other side of the hallway.
Watching Jimin pull Ching into one of the nearby janitor closets made me sick, as much as I wanted to stop them. I decided to walk away and let them be. I guess I would have to let her learn again on her own.
