Kavya's phone rang , she picked it up. She was surprised it was Rohan.
"Hello".
"Happy Holi kavya".
"Happy Holi".
Rohan -"I heard you left the country".
Kavya -"yes,I am in Japan".
Masashi and abhi were sitting beside her. Listening carefully.
Kavya- "I resigned the day before".
Rohan -"I know , but it was all of a sudden".
Rohan knew he didn't have a chance but he just wanted to confess once to lighten his heart.
Rohan -"you knew , that I liked you didn't you".
Kavya smiled "yes, i knew".
She looked at the two people eavesdropping and stood up. She walked "to tell you the truth, i already had someone in my heart".

Rohan smiled "if it's like that then I am not that sad".
Kavya said "but I am sad , I have no future with the person I like".
Rohan-" why don't you just confess".
Kavya shook her head "it's of no use".
If she had to choose, she would still choose her family and leave.
And as masashi said before she really overestimates herself. What is the guarantee the masashi likes her back.
She said "okay, then enjoy".
She cut the call and returned.

Masashi was anxious"your boyfriend ". He asked in a casual manner. Kavya shook her head "a friend of mine".
Chen fang came to the garden . She looked at masashi in surprise. She said "go and take a bath, to eat".
"Mamma". Zishu leaped towards chen fang. Chen fang picked him up in her arms. She said "mr.sato I think you should change your clothes".
"Kavu , give mr.sato some desserts to try".
Kavya went in and took out a plate of gujiya and moon cakes which chen fang made. Chen fang went inside to bath zishu. Kavya sat beside masashi and said "mr.sato this is gujiya and moon cakes made by sister".
She suddenly said "I am leaving for China tomorrow, this is last time you are seeing me".

Kavya knew he didn't care at start she thought that he was playing around that's why she used to fight him.
Masashi asked "you don't like Japan".
Kavya shook her head "you might not believe, but I have a family waiting for me".
She stood up leaving the plate there and went inside the house. Masashi sat there for a long time lost in his thoughts.

At night kavya walked with zishu "abhi, you should study well in future and be well behaved".
Zishu looked at her in confusion. She picked up zishu and put him on her shoulders. "Kavu , look the stars are so close to me". Kavya smiled.

Masashi came to her. He had an messed up hair . His elegant suit was all folded. He stopped in front of her
"Aishiteru wa"(I love you).kavya's face became serious she put down abhi
"Abhi, go into the house". Seeing her serious face he obediently went inside. Kavya turned to masashi.
Her lips were trembling . "I don't deserve you". She had already chosen her family over her family. Kavya turned around to return.
He hugged her tightly from behind.
Masashi asked "you don't like me a bit".
Kavya smiled with sadness in her eyes. "No, I don't".

The strength in masashi's body drained away. His lips became pale.
He asked,

"you already had someone in your heart". He heard her say that.
Kavya nodded,  she really wished to express herself truly in front of him.
But she didn't dare. She was in a tough situation. She cannot stay permanently in the world according to the system. Neither can she leave her family behind. She was torn .

Kavya said "I like someone". Masashi had despair in his eyes. Can he keep her locked by his side forever.no, then he  would lose that smile  and the person he really liked. Kavya untied his hands around her waist. She said
"You should forget about me". The pain in his eyes was heart wrenching for her.

"Forget you". Then should he forget the light illuminating his life. The first person who treated him like a normal person. The person who would smile seeing him but not with admiration. The first person who would tell him that he was wrong. The person who was so kind that he admired her. She helped someone she didn't even know.
She was saying that she didn't deserve him. It was him who didn't deserve her . He was ruthless, if she was with him she would be always in danger.

Yet , he wanted her out of his selfishness. He wanted something out of reach. Kavya stood in front of him with her fists tightly closed. For her giving false hopes was a crime. She took a step forward , masashi caught her hand persistently. "What does that man have that I don't".
Kavya couldn't reply there was no other man . What could she say.
"You don't lose anywhere but I like only him". "He cares for me, he is so high but never looks down on me ".
"Sometimes I doubt that am I so great to deserve such an devoted love".

She turned around wiping the tears which were threatening to come out. She returned home shutting herself in a room. "Kavu what happened". Chen fang knocked on her door with worry.
"Zishu, why is she like that".
Zishu was confused "she met the uncle before."
"Who".
Chen fang looked out of the window. There was a man sitting on his knees with his heads down. What had happened.she persistently knocked.
Kavya finally opened the door. Her eyes were red . "Kavu".
Kavya hugged her tightly.
