Chapter 8

The three girls were in their room, kitty was on her pull out bed, she gently brushed her hair with the pink brush she found "where could that book be? Who could we ask, not Ella I can believe how awful her family is to her. I just...don't understand how someone could grow up like that, and then turn,well, into my mom, I mean how can someone change so much?"

Red nodded "tell me about it, my mom changed her entire personality. It's like every I thing she does now is to make people afraid of her and... and hide the fact that she used to be nice"

"Well we need to make sure she stays that way" Chloe nodded at kittys words "i saw that pendant, at the black lagoon, do you think my dad helped them?"  Red shrugged "I haven't seen him, but if he does...wait, I might have an idea, while we search for the book, we'll need someone to distract the vks, I know one vk who will be distracted" Chloe and red smirked at each other before looking at kitty.

"Oh no, no,no, come on, you said he's like 50 now" red shrugged "he's not 50 now" kitty groaned "why me?"

"Well he seems to really like you kitty and he's distracted maybe uliana won't try and find the book yet" kitty huffed "fine"

Time skip(midnight)

Kitty walked into the front and saw the trees swaying, she looked up and saw the moon she sighed and sat on the bench 'it was a joke, I knew it'. Before she could get up she heard leaves crunching she then froze as she felt someone's breath on the back on her neck "hello darling" she squealed and jumped away she heard him chuckled "a little jumpy ay lass?" She looked at book with irritation "why did you want me here?"

He smirked and walked closer "I just wanted to see why my mind races why I'm next to you, and I think I found out why" kitty gulped as he was now right in front of her she could feel his breath in her face "a-and why is that?" He leaned down lightly "I think your playing hard to get" kitty scoffed, he grinned and grabbed her hand making her blush furiously "what are you doing?" He didn't answer but dragged her off.

On the shore there was a boat, a pirate boat she gasped "woah" he chuckled "this is yours" he nodded and they walked over to the ship, there was a ramp, he let go of her hand and bowed lightly "ladies first" she rolled her eyes and walked into the ship she looked round it was actually clean "do you like it?" She nodded but then remembered who she was speaking to "why am I here?"

He walked closer to her "I already told you, I wanna know if you playing hard to get" she looked at him "you don't even know me that well"

"Then tell me" she shook her head "i cant" he titled his head walking more she stepped back he got closer "stop" he smirked "or what lass? What you gonna do?"

She walked back until she was cornered againstn the edge of the ship she looked behind her and saw the sea, the waves hit again the butt of the ship, she looked back infront of her and saw he was much closer, he leaned down and whispered in her ear "easy lass, I know you feel the same way, but you just in denial" she shook her head but she gasped as she felt warm lips on hers, she tried to push him off but he used one hand to hold one of hers and hit hook captured the other pinning her.

She then gave into the kiss, returning it, she closed her eyes and he kiss her more, his lips were warm and soft a little chapped but she didn't seem to care. Then it hit her, she was kissing a vk, in the past. She managed to get on if her hands free and shoved him off, she then ran off the boat and to her dorm.

She slammed the door opened and saw red and Chloe "guys you will not beli- what's wrong?" Red looked at her with a tear falling down her face "kitty, if we stop my mom, your dad...he won't be there when we get back"
