it was late at night,kim had just finished looking over a case and was now getting ready to go to bed when he had heard something break in the kitchen.the young boy quickly grabbed his gun from the top drawer at his bed side table and sneakily walked out into the hall way and made his way to the kitchen.

when he got to the kitchen he say his older brother cleaning up some broken glass.breathing a sigh of relief and put his gun away,then walked towards his brother.
kim:p' you ok
aidi:oh baby i didn't mean to wake you up
kim:i wasn't really sleeping
but p' you didn't answer my question
kim whinnied as aidi let out a little giggle because of his little brother's behaviour
aidi:yes pup im fine
kim:sure
kim asked with a pout on his face
aidi:yes you big baby
aidi simply answered ruffling kim's hair as the younger let out a little giggle that could melt anyone's heart.
aidi:ok lets head to bed
kim nodded and silently followed his brother to his bedroom.there was unsettling feeling in his heart that had him scared.
kim:p' can i sleep with you in your room please
kim said his voice was barely auditable it was more of a whisper
aidi:are you alright pup
kim:hmmm....i just...have this feeling that's scaring me
aidi:awww pup
aidi brought his younger brother into a hug.the only time he saw his brother like this was when his mom and dad were about to get a divorce and he didn't want to leave his mothers side.that night aidi had comforted kim and hugged a sleep.that night was the last night they had slept in their mother's embrace.
aidi:lets go you must be tired
kim nodded and both boys made their way to the older's room.

upon entering the room kim quickly jumped on the bed clamming the left side as his.aidi whinnied and tried to push his brother to the other side.
aidi:kim not fair you always take the left side
move i wanna sleep on this side
kim:no~~~
kim whinnied as he held his ground marking his territory which took aidi by surprised he had never seen his brother this possessive.
aidi:kim
kim:no!
giving up aidi went to the other side of the bed and climed in the blanket and not even a second he was in the bed kim had already started to snugle with this older brother.
kim:goodnight p
aidi:goodnight baby
aidi said and he placed a kiss on top of kim's head and the younger snuggled closer to his brother.both boys soon fell in a deep sleep not knowing the danger that lurked right outside their window.
