In a huge building, Udaipur
In Udaipur's bustling commercial district, amidst the modern glass and steel structures, rises the neoclassical marvel - Rathore Towers. This towering office building sheds its modern purpose with its Rajput-inspired architecture. Imagine soaring stories of red sandstone embellished with intricate carvings that pay homage to Udaipur's rich heritage. Balconies with ornately patterned railings offer a glimpse into the plush offices within. Flags flutter from the rooftop, adding a touch of regality to the Udaipur skyline. At night, the building's facade is illuminated, casting a warm glow that highlights the intricate details of its design. A unique fusion of modern functionality and Udaipur's architectural legacy. It's has a grand lobby, a rooftop garden, high-speed elevators, advanced security systems along with it's great height which is of almost 656 feet and comprises of 50 floors.
On the 47th floor of this skyscraper lies a huge, modern and classic office of Rajweer Singh Rathore, who is the CEO and founder of the most influential company "Rathore Enterprises" of Indian which is known for its upscale resorts, premium commercial properties and exclusive residential projects. His company was established 5 years ago which gained quick reputation for its quality work, Intricate designs and exclusive properties.
Projects like these are ran by this game changing company:
"Rathore Residences"-a collection of upscale condominiums and penthouses offering unparalleled views and sophisticated living spaces.
A chain of seven-star hotels and resorts under the "Rathore Royale" brand.
"Rathore Royale Hotel" in the city center is a flagship property, attracting high-profile guests and offering top-tier facilities such as a rooftop bar, fine dining restaurants, and a state-of-the-art spa.
He and his family is considered as "THE ROYALS" in the whole Rajasthan where he is termed as "The TIGER KING". They have a very good reputation in the society which makes them look more royal and great.His office has a very classic yet much modern designs created by the best-known architects. It has one wall which is completely made of glass from which you can see the down mesmerizing view of the Udaipur City.
Rajweer is sitting at his desk reviewing some important documents in the afternoon. He's looking determined, confident and totally lost in his work. For him even a second is important. That's why he likes things to be completed on time. His assistant Suhani, who looks after most of the works is currently sitting on the desk in the opposite corner of him.
"Sir?" she called out just to get no reply.
"Sir?" She said again while he responded with an irritated face.
"Yes!"
"We have a meeting in the boardroom with Jat Enterprises. It's scheduled on 3 in the afternoon and it's currently 2:55 in the afternoon," She said hesitatingly like who will not hesitate infront of a person like him who kills everyone with his sharp and scary looks.
"Ok let's go," he said closing the file and went out while Suhani was following him with her iPad.
The boardroom was on the 38th floor. It was a large room covered with glass on 3 of it's sides. It had a huge tabke in between on which almost 50 employees could sit and work. It was giving a professional look as it had the latest designs made of various expensive materials. It also had high-tech equipments which gave it more royal vibe.
As soon as Rajweer entered the boardroom everyone except Ranveer Jat greeted him by bowing 90°. When he entered the room it was filled with a tensed and quiet environment as they knew that their boss likes the meetings to be done seriously and quitely.
Ranveer Jat was one of Rajweer's best company partener who often bought the expensive shares of the company. Although he was good in business but he always eyed girls and flirted with them which Rajweer didn't liked at all.
