I was laying on my bed watching Star Wars revenge of the sith which is literally favorite movie when I heard a knock on my window
"What stiles?" Rolling my eyes of course it my dumb friend
"Listen get your shoes on your coming with us" he says while climbing into my room tripping over his own feet while I look at him and smile
"Why" I ask while quickly getting up and putting on my shoes which are my super dirty converse
"We're going hunting for a dead body"
"WHAT?" I say stopping what im doing to look up at him
"Just come on"
"Okay okay hold on I'm coming"
we climb out of my window and get into stiles' jeep rosco I climb in the very back as Scott lets me in once we park we head out towards the woods
"Okey let me get this straight we are going into the woods to find half of a body?"
"Yea I heard my dad talking about it "
I pinch the bridge of my nose clearly annoyed by the fact ive has been drug into another horrible plain
"And why am I here? We are literally spending the last day of summer searching for a dead body.
Like what if the killers still out here?"
"I didn't think about that"
"Did you think about which half of the body were looking for?" Scott chimes in clearly not wanting to be there either
"Okay shut up you two you actually should be thankful I mean Scott your always the one complaining about how boring this town is"
"well I was trying to get a good night sleep before practice tomorrow"
"yea so you and stiles can warm the bench all season" stiles and I laugh but Scott wasn't so amused
"no because I'm playing this year in fact im making first line" Scott tries to defend himself "hey that's the spirt everyone should have a dream even a pathetically unrealistic one" stiles says those poor boys have always been horrible at lacrosse but Scott is bound and determined to make first line this year
not long after that we are walking up a steep hill and Scott starts wheezing one thing holding Scott back from being good at lacross is that stupid asthma but he takes a hit of his inhaler but me and stiles see cops and start running "Scott come on"
"Alex stiles wait up" he yells but we couldnt hear cause we were gone
were trying to stay hidden and run but it wasn't long before stiles falls in front of a barking police dog so I hide behind a tree super close by "hold on hold on this little delinquent belongs to me" noah says while I am still behind a tree trying not to laugh at stiles
"sup dad" he says awkwardly
"so do you listen in on all my phone calls?"
"only the interesting ones"
"so where's your uh other two friends?" noah says looking at the tree im hiding behind almost like he knows im there "uh their uh their at home you know big day tomorrow so its just me alone in the woods" he says while dragging out the last couple words
"Alex you out there" noah yells so I just except I defeat so I can go home and sleep"heyyy noah" I say while smiling and waving "hi Alex" he says giving me that disappointed dad look "well come on you two lets go have a talk about a little something called invasion of Privacy" he says grabbing stiles' neck and leading us to his car and then taking me home
