Mazenn's pov.
[The room is buzzing with students chatting and the faint sound of the bell ringing in the background. The main character, Mazenn, is slouched over his desk, head resting on folded arms. His friend, Dani, sits beside him, nudging his shoulder urgently.]
Dani: (whispering) Mazenn, wake up.... You've got to see this.
[Mazenn stirs, blinking groggily as he raises his head.]
Mazenn: [rubbing his eyes] What's going on?
Dani: [excitedly] Shh, just look! A new student is coming in.
[Mazenn straightens up, glancing around the room with curiosity. His gaze settles on the doorway where a figure stands, slightly hesitant, clutching a backpack. The new student, Lala, is with a confident demeanor that contrasts sharply with the nervous glint in her eyes.]
Teacher: [smiling warmly] Ah, Lala, welcome! Come on in. Class, we have a new student joining us today. Please make him feel welcome.
[The class murmurs greetings as Lala steps further into the room, scanning the unfamiliar faces. Mazenn watches her intently, noting the slight awkwardness in Lala's movements as he searches for an empty seat.]
Dani: [elbowing Mazenn gently] What do you think?
Mazenn: [whispering back] Seems alright. Hope she's not too lost.
[Just as Lala starts to move towards an empty desk at the back, Dani waves energetically, catching her attention.]
Dani: Hey! You can sit here!
[Lala nods gratefully, making her way towards Dani and Mazenn. As she settles into the seat beside Mazenn, the teacher resumes the lesson, but Mazenn can't help stealing glances at the new arrival, intrigued by this unexpected addition to their class.]
Dani: [whispering] I told you it would be interesting, didn't I?
Mazenn: [grinning] Yeah, you were right. Wonder what she's like.
[ Class goes on.....and eventually, the bell rings. Signaling the end of class.]
Teacher: Alright, class dismissed. You can leave now..
[everyone gets up to leave, Dani and Lala staying behind.]
Dani: So....I saw Mazenn peaking looks at ya. You're a newgen and yet...he's still going after you. [He gritted his teeth, slightly irritated.]
Lala: No need to get so defensive. I hardly know the guy! [Her eyes widened a bit and she shook her head.]
Dani: Well.....regardless. Stay away from him.
[Dani takes his things and leaves the classroom. Leaving Lala behind to go catch up to Mazenn, who was roaming the hallways with a group of friends.]
[Lala just stood there in shock. She let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding.]
Lala: cunt...
[She took her bag, and left the classroom. She looked down at her schedule paper, that contained her locker number. She went to it and put some of her books away, then went to the next class.]
