Shickler coughed a fake cough to regain his composure and said, "This is the best day of my life, Phoenix-nim. To think that I would meet three great beings is really like a dream." He looked genuinely awed.

'Ahh, this is going to be a pain in the a*s,' thought Cale, his face clearly reflecting his internal frustration. Alberu couldn't hold back his chuckles at Cale's expression, finding the situation amusing despite its gravity.

Currently, they were all sitting around a sturdy wooden table crafted by a certain someone who adamantly declared he wouldn't stand until they decided to talk. This particular someone was now silently gloating, having correctly predicted the group's behavior-they'd been sitting in awkward silence for a solid five minutes.

'Are they for real?'Cale thought, his expression clearly broadcasting his disbelief.

He was just about to break the silence when a loud bang on the table made everyone jump.

"OH, COME ON, SAY SOMETHING. I CAN'T STAND AWKWARD SITUATIONS!" Cage yelled, earning a startled look from Lock, who recoiled at the sudden noise.

"Can't you be quieter?" Lock muttered, his voice edged with irritation as he glared at Cage, their usual bickering quickly resuming.

Shickler then cleared his throat exaggeratedly, drawing everyone's attention. "Ahem, dragon-nim, may I ask why you decided to visit us?" He addressed Eruhaben, recognizing him as the oldest and most imposing figure present.

"Just because. Do you have a problem with that?" Cale interjected, relishing the look of horror that washed over the whales' faces as they realized they might have offended a higher being.

"N-no, Phoenix-nim!" Paseton stammered, his face paling. "Father was just curious," he added hastily.

"Yeah, after all, we don't encounter such higher beings every day," Whitra chimed in, her voice trembling slightly.

"Hmm, I see," Cale replied, looking smugly satisfied with himself. He exchanged a covert, gleeful glance with Raon. Meanwhile, the rest of the group looked at him as if he had lost his mind.

"Are you for real?" Alberu asked, his expression deadpan.

When Alberu spoke, Cale noticed that everyone was now staring at him. "What? I was just bored," he said, as if it were the most innocent thing in the world to do.

The group's reactions ranged from exasperation to disbelief. Rosalyn facepalmed, Cage gave him a thumbs up clearly enjoying what he did, and even Choi han couldn't help but chuckle . Eruhaben simply sighed, shaking his head, while Raon continued to giggle beside Cale, both of them thoroughly enjoying the chaos Cale had incited.

Eruhaben had had enough. He turned to the still frantic whales with a look of stern patience. "You don't have to mind him. He's in his rebellious phase," Eruhaben said calmly. Cale was about to retort, but Alberu swiftly clamped a hand over his mouth to ensure the conversation continued smoothly.

"So, dragon-nim, was there a particular reason you came here?" Archie asked curiously, trying to steer the conversation back on track.

"There is," Eruhaben confirmed. "The mermaids. They're up to something, aren't they?" he asked, his eyes narrowing slightly.
