How to write questions in exams

Let's get straight to point.

This is a guide on how to write any theory questions in exams.

NOW! This is related to the ones mostly in Maharashtra State board.

If your board is something else, kindly check first if your board is ok with this type of answer. Then only write.

Mostly in College and 12 boards, any type of writing is ok. But still you lose marks even though you know the answer.

Here's the trick-

^ Write answers in head points and points. This is main thing EXCEPT in LANGUAGES, there you write in paragraphs

^For "True and False with reasons" questions, write answer like this

*Answer True/false*

*Leave line*

Explanation:

And then write the explanation. Remember to write Explanation in points.

Use this in Answer in 1 word also

^Difference in between

Make 2 columns on paper and differentiate it like this-

Now see, I have now DIFFERENTIATED it in 2 SEPERATE columns.

Also, in HSC board, in Theory papers like Eco, OCM, SP etc. we are suppose to write the main head points in between to make it more visible.

If your board says something different, follow it that way only.

As you can see in the pic, my handwriting is pretty bad. But if I had written it in paragraph wise, it would very much unorganised. By writing it in columns, it gives a more organised and pictorial image in their minds.

^Short notes / answer the following

This is such a question where even though the question says Short notes, it's never 'short'

So write it in this way-

*Introduction*. Just write a few lines about the topic or anything related to chapter.

*Head points*. Even if in your syllabus headpoints are not given, it is advisable to write headpoints and then *explanation* of it. Headpoints act as a summary for the answers.
