Esther was seated at the dining table, her hands quivering with fury as she absorbed the words coming from the other end of the phone. It was Rose Sinclair, her daughter's secretary, who relayed the news that Eleanor had terminated one of their loyal employees, Michael, for a minor error. Shocked by her daughter's heartlessness towards someone who had dedicated years of service to the company, Esther couldn't contain her anger. After ending the call, Esther knew she needed to intervene and bring Eleanor back to her senses. She reminisced about a time when her daughter was a curious and empathetic young girl, but as she took over the family business, she had transformed into a cold and ruthless boss. "Is everything alright, love?" James inquired, sitting across from her at the table. "Can you believe what our daughter has done now?" Esther fumed. "She fired an employee over a tiny mistake." Amused, James chuckled. "That's our girl, always striving for perfection." Esther let out a sigh. "I just wish she would loosen up. She's too focused on her success and has forgotten how to unwind and have fun." Suddenly, a lightbulb went off in Esther's mind. She would surprise her daughter with a ticket to Taylor Swift's Eras tour, hoping it would give her a much-needed break from the stresses of running the Agassi Industries. "I have an idea." Esther smiled mischievously. "Let's give her a ticket to the Eras tour." James grinned. "I'm on board with that plan."

The next day, Esther happily entered Eleanor's office, clutching a ticket in her hands. She couldn't wait to see the look on her daughter's face. Confusion crept across Eleanor's features as she accepted the ticket with caution. "What is this for?" she inquired, unsure of what to make of the situation. Esther took a seat and proceeded to explain everything. "I had a chat with Rose and heard about what happened with Michael," she started. "You know, I think you really do need a break, Ellie," she said, her voice gentle as she reached out to hold her daughter's hands. "You have an amazing work ethic, but it's starting to take a toll on both you and your employees." Eleanor let out a deep sigh, trying to brush off her mother's concern. "I'm doing just fine, Mom. My employees know what's expected of them." But Esther could see the weariness in her daughter's eyes and she placed a comforting hand on her cheek. "Please, darling, just consider it. We only want to see you happy and relaxed." Eleanor couldn't help but sigh again as she looked at the ticket. Maybe going to the concert wouldn't be such a bad idea after all.
