CHAPTER 2

Me: Mum … I want you ask if I can go with Danielle on holidays, she said that she prepare a trip around the world and…

Mum: Yes, you can go with her.

Me: And I think that I deserve it because… Wait, what did you said?

Mum: I said that you can go.

Me: REALLY?

Mum: Of course honey.

Me: I think that you will say no…

Mum: I would say no if Danielle didn´t call us and beg to let you go…

Me: Did she do it? Did she call dad too?

Mum: Yes… She didn´t let me hang up unless I said yes

I love this crazy girl.

Me: So I can go, right?

Mum: Yes

Me: Thank you so much. I love you.

Mum: I know it.

When we finished, we go home and I call Danielle.

Danielle: They said yes?

Me: Of course, because you convince them.

Danielle: They told you?

Me: Yes.

Danielle: hahaha well… Did you start to packing?

Me: Why?

Danielle: Because we go tomorrow!

Me: WHAT??

Danielle: Didn´t I tell you?

Me: NO!

Danielle: Well… You know now…

Me: Dani!! I hate you… I do not have enough time to pack.

Danielle: Start now!!  You have to bring summer and winter clothes because in some countries now is winter… And you have to be in the airport at 11.00 am.

Me: But where are we going?

Danielle: It´s a surprise! I will hang up, and you should start now to packing.

Me:  I have no choice.

Danielle: Bye, love you.

Me: Bye, love you too

Danielle: Oh! And be on time!!

I will answer but she just hung up… I always am punctual; she is the girl that always is late…

So I start to packing, I will stay out for the whole summer, so I have to bring so many clothes… I finished when my mum call me for dinner. I will bring three suitcases, two big and one small… 

I will try to sleep as much as I can but I´m so excited, too excited… I think that tomorrow will be a great day.

Mum: El honey, you have to wake up or you will be late.

Me: Ok, I will have a shower and go downstairs to have breakfast.

Mum: Ok, but do it fast, the breakfast are done and your dad is waiting.

Me: Ok

I have a quick shower, brush my teeth and I put on shorts and a white shirt.

When I finish my breakfast my dad had dropped the bags. They drive me to the airport; we were there at 10.45, as I said I always am before the time.

Mum: Honey, have a great time.

Dad: And don´t do stupid things.

Me: Dad… Trust me.

Dad: I do… but I do not trust the other people

Mum: El, call us when you arrive ok?

Me: Ok! Don´t worry

Dad: Bye.

Mum: Bye… I will miss you

Me: Me too.

I hug her and wait until they got into the car… Now it was 10.55… I only have to wait 5 minutes more… But suddenly a man, who was running, tripped over my bags and they open…
