Let Love Bloom

The meeting

Agasthya enters the college gate but this time not for his admission process but to start his college life, he glances at everything around him that he missed to see when he visited the college prior, he thought the place is unfamiliar but he surely liked the picturesque campus.
Agasthya went on about his first college day in jis mind while walking towards in the direction to his department like
"I am so glad by the atmosphere, every student dreams to be in such a college", "I hope that my classmates would be some really amazing people so that I can interact with them and create an amicable bound with them.
Aprita on the other hand is busy in watching videos about how to prepare for her orientation, after a while when she thought that she lost the direction fir her department she bumped into another student and pleaded "I am so sorry I almost lost my way to my class, are you alright?", the student who happened to be Agasthya assured "I am alright but please be careful", Aprita firmly said "I will be careful but could you please tell me if this the route to the engineering department?", Agasthya now got to know that maybe Aprita is also a new student and maybe his classmate with gentle voice he said "I am in mechanical engineering department so I am heading there too." Aprita was happy to know that she was not on the wrong path, but she kind of sternly said "Thank you, I am glad that you helped then I will go ahead" listening to this statement Agasthya was a bit upset as he thought since they are going the same direction she would come with him but it struck him that may be she was bring wary of him as he is a stranger and she couldn't guess that they were classmates so he replied "Yes, go ahead", Aprita thought to herself if she was too friendly and rude later while she was talking with someone who might be her senior or classmate but she went on her way without looking back as she felt uneasy, she reached her classroom went straight to the last remaining window seat and immediately sat there and thought to herself "I am glad I could get to sit near the window thankfully I wasn't late", Agasthya entered the classroom thinking to himself "Should I say hello to everyone who are present or should I search for the place where I should sit" as he was thinking about it he took a look at the window seats and happened to notice Aprita whom he thought would be his classmate he was happy that his guess was right since he too wanted a window seat but he was late enough to catch one he decided if he could sit near to the window seat so he looked at people who had a window seat everyone was busy looking at their mobile phones so it was hard for him to approach them but when he saw Aprita looking down the window he thought "I already talked to her so maybe it would be fine to ask her " as soon as Agasthya was starting going towards her Aprita looked at him and felt why was this guy following  her so she got up and sat on another row Agasthya was confused so he wanted to ask her why she got up but the professor entered the class and Agasthya sat beside the window feeling happy the orientation that everyone was nervous about went well, Aprita who did not know about the strange guy's behavior now knew his name and Agasthya who couldn't approach the stranger now knew her name too. The classes ended and everyone was happy about it Agasthya got to talk to few of his classmates who were sitting near him so he was happy, Aprita was glad that the classes ended and now she would be able to go home thinking about how her day went she thought "I think maybe the guy was not following her but wanted to ask something..." she then started started overcoming the steps towards the door and just when she was stepping down to the floor if the classroom and her foot slipped she was going to fall on her face on the first day of college is what she thought but Agasthya caught her by her bag and saved her from a tragedy as she gasped and thought she would fall she was relieved someone caught her but when she realized it was Agasthya her face expressions changed from being relieved to being annoyed, Agasthya asked "Are you ok, you were about to fall",  Aprita thought of thanking him instead of asking him why he was following her so she just said "Thank you so much then I will go ahead", after listening to the same line Agasthya jokingly asked her  "This, is this your favorite dialogue when someone helps you" and couldn't control his laugh, Aprita felt embarrassed but didn't want to argue so she flipped back and started walking towards the exit of the classroom Agasthya thought if whether what he said hurt her but he guessed she didn't wanted to be bothered so he just went his way and the first day of college ended with some embarrassment and questions about Aprita and Agasthya's acts in each other's mind.
