Meantime at basketball field~

Taehyung was still standing in one knee, looking at Remi with hopeful eyes.

Remi:  Taehyung i really like you too but not in the way you want me to. (Looked at him apologetic eyes )

Taehyung's smile dropped. He was feeling really sad. Remi also felt really bad rejecting him. But the thing is you can never love someone forcefully.  If she would have said yes to Taehyung than maybe Taehyung would have gotten the temporary happiness but at the end of the day Remi also have feelings. What if she likes someone after someday?
So she chose to break his heart here and not when he fall more deep for her.

Taehyung: It’s okay. I understand.  (Said with a sad smile)

Remi: I hope we still can be friends. (Warm smile)

Taehyung: We will be.. (Tried his best to smile brightly)

Remi smiled and walked out of the basketball field leaving Taehyung alone there. The moment she was out of his reach, Taehyung broke down. He crying while shouting. HIS FIRST LOVE just rejected him. His love story ended before even beginning. He remembered how he prepared for this day, how he discussed everything with his friends about asking Remi out. He even took his parents love story for inspiration. He brought the same red roses like his dad.
But Remi never liked him in that way. She was the most beautiful girl in his school as well as brilliant.  She was kind to everyone.  Maybe that's why she was able to take Taehyung's heart that easily.

After crying for half an hour Taehyung started walking out of the basketball field. For him that place was cursed right now. He started running away from there but suddenly he tripped on something and fell down. He looked at that thing angrily a bit, he saw a heart shaped box.

He suddenly remembered he saw this box somewhere before. He looked at the box and thought deeply.  After sometime he finally remember he saw this box on Jungkook's study table. So, he thought maybe he forgot to take it with him. He picked the box up and went to washroom, washed his face before meeting his bestfriend.  He didn’t want jungkook to know about the whole proposing thing. After that he started going towards Jungkook's classroom.

When he arrived at that classroom he saw Jungkook was absent. So, he thought maybe Jungkook was some how sick today. He felt a little worried and wanted to go home check up on him. But he could not leave the school until it’s over. So he went to his class.

After the school ended, Taehyung directly went to Jeon's mansion to meet Jungkook but he saw their house was locked. He got a little confused as it’s really rare for them to leave their with whole family. Being disappointed he went to his home.

He saw his mom was cooking.  Taehyung went to upstairs put his bag and the heart box on his table and ran downstairs again.

Tae: Mom, where are the Jeon family? (Asked while sipping water)

Mrs.Kim: Kookie didn’t tell you?  They shifted back to Busan. (Being a bit confused)

Tae: (Choked his water) WHAT? You mean like permanently?

Mrs.Kim: (While patting Taehyung's back) Yes. They went there this morning.

Tae: Why didn’t you tell me before?! (Being disappointed and sad a bit)

Mrs.Kim: Kookie told me he wanted to tell you. He came in the morning to meet you in our house but when he didnt find you here,  he went to your school also to meet you. You didn’t meet him there? (Now she is super confused)

Tae: No.. He didn’t come to meet me there.

He was now holding his head now shaking. It was too much for him today. First he got his heart broken and now loosing his bestfriend.  He thought after coming back home he can get some peace by spending his time with Jungkook as his smile and little talks makes Taehyung mood happy. But what happened?  He also left him. More importantly without saying anything!
Taehyung was angry.  He wanted to yell right now. He wanted to voice out his whole frustration.
