School was quite boring. My last class had just finished and I felt drained from the day. I walked outside of the school as the warm summer air hit me.

I remember about the boys earlier telling me to go to the junkyard with them, and how I said yes to it.

" hey Audrey" I heard a blonde boy say as he walked up to me. His name was victor, he's one of the bowers gang boys.

"Hey Vic" I smiled at the boy " where's the others" I questioned him.

He pointed to a blue car that was parked outside of the school. Victor was definitely the nicest one in the group. just by observing the group you could tell he wasn't completely crazy like the others. He did in joy bulling kids and scaring them, but he was also a good person when you get to know him.

I followed Vic to the car and was told to get in. I got inside and sat in the middle seat in between Vic and Patrick.

As the car started we made are way to the junkyard. On the way there Belch, Vic, and Henry got into a debate about  something. I tried to tune them out because I didn't really care about the conversation. Patrick nudged me on the arm.

"So Audrey " he spoke softly "why are you always so quiet"

I wasn't too surprised at the question due to the fact that I only really talk to girls at school.

" I don't have much to say" I replied telling the truth.

" that's too bad, you seem interesting" he said with a grin. I know what he said wasn't much but I was happy to talk to him.

We arrived at the junk yard and all got out of the car. Belch and Henry were carrying beer and the rest of us followed behind the two.

We made it to 'the spot' as the boys call it. It's basically a few run down chairs and sofas near the end of the yard.

We all sat down and started to talk. I felt oddly comfortable with them and was glad to be there.

"Hey Audrey" Henry spoke " who do you usually hang with.

" um well" I stared speaking knowing there wasn't much the answer " I'm friends with a girl named Beverly but we're not really close, she's got other friends" what a lame response is all I could think " I like being alone tho" I said trying to not sound like a loser.

" guess your stuck with us now" Belch said as he drank his beer.

The rest of the evening was energetic, we continued to drink, talk, and we even played some games.
