I can't help but stare at Jeno's perfect side profile. After the two of us ended our dish washing session he asked me if I'd like to sit outside at this pond near the house and ofcourse I said yes. We haven't really had time to spend some quality time with eachother due to the comeback. We've been too busy trying to keep up with the stage encore, variety shows and all those type of things for our album's promotions.

"Na Jaeminie" a husky voice fills my ears and I know who exactly it's coming from. I turn to look at him, my previous thoughts slowly fading away.

"hmm?"

"Today was fun." he spoke again. Today was fun. The words repeat in mind again as I let out a small breathy chuckle.

"It really was." I reply looking back at the water body infront of us and from the corner of my eyes I see him doing the same.
Today was indeed fun. Sure I made him break the rules but atleast nobody found out right? And hey, I also got the karma. I'm glad he had also come with an entire plan inorder to fool the staff and help me with cleaning everything. We got a little wet due to splashinh water on one another but it felt really worth it. I finally felt myself loosen up a little and less tense in a while.

I turn to look at him again. This time his eyes are admiring the stunning night sky above us. My heartbeat gets slightly rapid as I watch him. Though he had just confessed earlier today and I asked for sometime. I have thought enough about it. Being truly honest, I never specified how much time and I felt like it'd be a few days, really but I guess my heart thinks it's time I have contemplated enough. I felt so relieved that Jeno never questioned me about how much time, he wanted me to make the decison without worrying much and respected my request.

"Jeno ah" I call out to him trying the hardest on not to panic so he doesn't think much about it.

"Yes princess?" He replies with a soft smile turning his head towards me again. My cheeks flush as I hear him call me that again. It's fine Jaemin. Just talk about it already.

"Uhm well I- I wanted to talk about earlier."

I speak again. He raises a brow clearly a bit confused but moves his gaze to my constantly fidgeting hands and immediately understanding which one of the earlier events I'm talking about.

"I want you to ask me that again." I finally blurt out after a dew minutes of pure silence between the two of us.

"I- er okay! Jaemin ah, will you be my boyfriend?"

I open my mouth to say this one word I've been wanting to say to him since forever but due to my panicked nerves even that single word takes a while.
Our faces give a twin nerve wrecking reaction obviously not ready for whatever I'm about to say

"Yes."

I let out a sigh I've been holding back for quite a while now. What now? We're both silent. Does he not want me anymore. Did I take too long?

I'm too lost in my anxious thoughts that I don't feel him coming closer to me and just before I can overthink my brain into anything else I feel his lips on mine. Not giving our little moment a second thought, I kiss him back. To be honest, this feels like the bestest thing ever. I feel like I'm riding over a rainbow in space with sparkles around me.

After a few seconds the two of us pull apart and Jeno- well my boyfriend let's out a breathy chuckle while I feel myself blushing much more than before. The tingling feeling from our kiss a few seconds ago can still be felt.

"Nana is this a dream? No way you're my boyfriend now! Woah"

Jeno pulls me into his warm embrace and I giggle snuggling my head in his neck still feeling a little a giddy.

"That was my first kiss Nono."
"I know Nana. You told me this once and said you had been saving it for the person you felt you'd be ready to spent the rest of your life with."

I give a tiny nod, still in his embrace.
"That's right. I think I found that person. You're my person Lee Jeno."
