Chapter 2: Tales in the Cell

Three weeks later.

Josie was minding her own business in her cell. She was bored. But then she hears footsteps from the halls, she stands up from her a bed and checks to see who is that person. It was Darth Craidos, who he brings a food tray.

Josie: "Oh. It's you. What are you doing here?"

Darth Craidos: "Maybe nothing though, but I brought you food."

J: "Finally, I'm starving-- Whoa, what's the fancy food?"

DC: "*sigh* Just try it."

Craidos slide over the tray into Josie's cell.

Josie: "This is different from the food that I used to eat."

Darth Craidos: "Because I made it. It is just fried chicken, and a side with baked potatoes with cream cheese."

J: Fancy. But what's the occasion?"

DC: "You will be executed tomorrow, ordered by Bill Cipher. That will be your last meal."

J: "What?! Can't you decline the order or something?"

DC: "I cannot. Bill is eager to execute you tomorrow."

J: "Oh crap... Sorry... Mm... This chicken is very good to be scared of."

DC: "Glad you liked it."

Darth Craidos sits down. The two take a moment of silence, until Darth Craidos removes his helmet and says.

Darth Craidos: "Josie..."

Josie: "Hm?"

DC: "If you don't know, I wasn't always like this. I... I was doing all of this for us. To have a better life."

J: "Oh really? You attacked me! You just wanted this glory all by yourself!"

DC: "I had no choice. You hear me! Besides, I just want to do anything for my new glory in life. I... I just don't wanna be a pawn anymore, y'know?"

J: "... I sense your struggles. I understand."

DC: "Heh... Thanks."

J: "But... Can you tell me how it's been going for you?"

DC: "I thought you never asked. I was doing great, I am the leader of the Cipher Empire and I was feared by many."

J: "No kidding. You look way menacing up close. You have red eyes."

DC: "They're Sith eyes. They are always this red."

J: "Second at least. Your helmet's not very scary."

DC: "What was that about my helmet!? It costs more than a thousand!"

J: "Yeah right. But don't you think that Bill's pushing you too hard for this glory of yours?"

DC: "The guy's a soft, uncrispy Doritos chip, so I won't bother about him."

J: "But aren't you bothered about me? Your family, your friends? What about Jabitree? He is trying to save the Rebellion and our world!"

DC: "Serves that Jabitree right! That guy didn't think twice of what he was dealing with."

J: "But do you know what happened between you two?"

Darth Craidos froze, rethinking about why Jabitree left the Cipher Empire and betrayed Craidos.

Jabitree (mind): "I have failed you, AJ. I have failed you."

Darth Craidos (mind): "I should've known that something was off about you from the start!"

JT (mind): "AJ! Bill Cipher is evil!"
