When Goku beat Jiren in Mastered Ultra Instinct he never tought that he can Achieve a new and better form than "MUI". He called the new Form Super Saiyan Ultimate God, his hair color was different from the others. It was slightly black and white with purple and green lines in it and it was 1.000 times stronger than Super Saiyan Blue. He was even stronger than Beerus the Destroyer. No one could stop him, not even the Protectors of Grand Zeno. Goku was so strong that even other universes felt his powers, and everyone feared Goku except for one person. Grand Zeno didn't feared Goku, although they were friends so it made sense, but still. Even his own son and wife feared Goku. But let's not talk about this for now, let's see how Goku could manage such powers. So in the beggining when Goku won the battle against Jiren he was so happy and full of joy that he beat such a strong enemy and wanted to fight with him sometime when they reseted the universes, so when the battle ended and everything went back to normal he started training so hard that he started to look a little different, he was so shredded and powerful he reached the "MUI's" complete stage wich means he was at the same level as the Angels.
