Akshara(22): pretty tradition intelligent girl everyone loves her she is a topper in her class after 6 months she was supposed to graduate but i guess happiness wasn't written for her this year, she loves poetry and books .

Anjali: akshara's mom she died 3 years ago her father pushed her from the balcony when they were fighting but thanks to her father's family who work in court they decided it was just an accident and they saved her father from jail ,she was lovely and kind she loved her only daughter a lot but they say problems turn beauty to Beast she lost her beauty her smile her everything to protect her daughter but in the end she gave up to leave Akshara in hell.

Suraj: the devil that brought her to this hell when fathers give their daughters love and protection he gave her hate and violence they say fathers are the first love of their daughters hahah but for her he made her hate marriage love that's why she couldn't give her heart to anyone

Kabir(28): the son of the second rich businessman in india he was Arrogant with his wealth and power he take whatever he wants whenever it was deal company or girl he doesn't know what love and being gentle mean his name indicates how powerful he was .

Zahir: Kabir's father and the owner of many knowns companies and one of this company Akshara's father work

Zulaikha: Kabir's mother she was kinda kind women she was weak she couldn't say anything or do anything because of her husband's power one mistake and she is gone she had never felt the love of her son or husband but someone else made her feel the son's love which is karan, Kabir's bestfriend.

Karan(28): the son of the 1st rich son in india rough but kind his parents taught him how to respect women he was a childhood friend of kabir he tries his best to show him the right path and he loves his and Karan's mother too much . He is a gentleman but he is short tempered touch his family and u are gone.

Farhan and farah : Karan's parents they are lovely funny and kind but when it's time for work they switch to serious mode.

Sara(18): Karan's little sister she is in her first year in engineering class she study in the same uni as akshara she is cute and childish she had a crush on kabir but karan warned het not to get close to him as he knows his best friend very well and because of this the relationship of these siblings became a little shaken.
