Karan entered the hospital with heavy heart he didn't know why and what's happening to him what he just knows that he is feeling pain.
Sara and karan entered and saw a lifeless body that connected with several machine many bruises in her body and a pale face but what hurted him more is that baby bump what was his mistake that he experienced the cruelty of this world before coming out.he took slow steps toward her,each steps made his heart race more , surely something happening to him while seeing her like this
Akshara opened her heavy eyes,she couldn't move or feel anything she saw a white room and two strangers there .seeing karan there made her shiever after all she hates men

Karan felt pain seeing her like this her pretty brown eyes are swollen her face is pale and she is panicking he knew she will react like this that's why he got sara with him
Sara: Akshara breath relax u are safe u are in hospital and ur baby is good it just u are weak u need to take care and u both will be fine trust me
Akshara: ho...w ? Who are u..? He said while looking at karan  with scary eyes
Sara: she looked at karan then at akshara, he is my brother karan he saved u and brought u her and he sent kabir and his father to jail don't worry u and zulaikha aunty are safe with us
Sara told her about the relationship between the two families and what happened exactly today
Akshara: mom? Is mom fine i need to see her i... She tried to stand up but was about to fall when karan holded her with concern they had a short eyelock when karan start scolding her
Karan: akshara areu crazy don't u see ur condition and u are pregnant what of something happened ha..he stopped talking when he saw tears in her browny eyes he knew he screwed up she is already mentally ill and he got angry good karan son

She didn't answer and made her lay back
He asked the doctor about her And gave them strict orders that they will take good care of her he brought best doctors and he and his family and zulaikha were with her everyday
Akshara didn't talk with anyone and they knew she is still in pain and need time but they didn't give up they were with her
It's been a week and karan were making sure she is good he used to stay awake in the night beside her and attending meetings in hospital just not to get away from her .he hated the fact that he couldn't see her smile but seeing that she started getting afraid of him gave him hope.she didn't talk with karan a lot but she knew he was a good guy he was with her every second and took care of her the first time she talked with him probably is when  she told him that she want to go out of this hospital she is tired, Karan denied but her eyes and seeing her sad made him agree but he won't compromise with her health so he brought two doctors home to take care of her every day.
Akshara and zulaikha denied to go with Karan to his home but karan is Karan he didn't let them stay away so persuaded them to stay with them and how can zulaikha won't listen to her son so they stayed there.

It's been two months and Akshara now is better she can walk and talk but that bruises made her remember her past again but she can't talk about it they already suffered a lot because of her ,her mom lost her so called her family and went to hospital because of her and karan and his family are did a lot for her they were so protective and kind to her as her family , she is now 6 month pregnant and she can feel her baby he was the only things that gave her peace and gave her hope to live,she was sad for the fact that her baby even inside her was feeling pain and when he will grow up he will feel more pain when he won't have a father to guide him and love him when he will know what happened to her but she swore to be a mother and father to him.
Karan tried his best to give her joy he wanna see that smile again, when he come home and hear her anklets voice he give him peace if he didn't see her he feel restless he didn't know when she became his habits and his addiction and for his addiction he will do everything and that what he did.

Today was Akshara birthday but she didn't celebrate in years ,the last time she had a birthday is with her mother.as sara was a junior in akshara's college she managed to know her birth date and told the family and they decided to surprise her.
Karan and akshara's bond were better they became friends even Akshara wasn't talking too much but karan managed to know her silence it was enough for him and that's what she liked more about him,his care,his protective side were enough for akshara to feel better but what karan did today made her heart warm towards him.
He asked sara to make her wear a outfit that he chose without telling her,he wanted to give her an anklets but he decided to give it to her when she will heal so she can enjoy it's voice as he do everytime.
Akshara was surprised to see the party she had a tear in her eyes no one surprised her beside her mother so she runned and hugged zulaikha
Akshara: Thanku mom thanku i even forgot today was my birthday i... I don't celebrate my birthday for years .
Zulaikha: don't cry my child u deserve it now just happiness will be in ur side no tears and don't say thanks to me it was sara and Karan's plan
Akshara looked at them with surprise she hugged and thanked sara and looked at karan with happiness tear in her eye and that was enough for Karan.
They enjoyed their birthdays and they gave her gifts and now was Karan's gift he gave her four: first :he have her the keys of her house as he sent her father to jail and made hil write the house  in her name , second: he gave her a form that she will continue  her studies , third : he successed her case and gave her divorce, last: he organised a room for her baby.
Akshara was in the ninth Cloud and it was the first time that she smiled after aged and that smile made karan Heart beat fast and when unknowingly Akshara hugged him he was feeling weak in his knees, when akshara realised her position she left him and thanked him with tears in eyes.
Karan: no tears akhsu i just want u to be happy now I promised i will be always there for u and i will fulfill my promise just promise me u won't hide this pretty smile
Akshara was blushing and promises him
From that day Akshara and Karan's bond were more than friendship they get uses to each other and their day won't go without talking with each other
Karan waa helping akshara in her studies as she decided to take the final exams before delivery which is before   a month and a half.
After her exams Akshara successed and finally became officially an engineer finally her mother's dream become true she was the happiest women that day and this because of her Karan ,her friend but she knew she was feeling for him but she was afraid of her past
Karan was falling for her for the first time he heard that Voice behind the door and he decided to confess his love
He surprised her with beautiful decorative beside the beach and he confessed his love for her which she reciprocated too and he promised her to be a good husband to her and a good husband to their son, he made her wear anklets and asked her not to remove it ever as it's their love symboles and his peace.
They got married and had a beautiful son , his name was ayan and made love in a night when the moon was a host of their love and the anklets's voice was a music to their ears in that beautiful night.
Later they had a twin , a girl as her mother and a boy as his father and they lived happily ever after.
