"and how exactly you are planning to help me out with this situation? you are heading the bcci ,you are busy and if i also get into the coaching now , it will become a problem. our kids ,they need support if not from two then from one atleast!"
"Common Rahul ,they aren't kids , Subhi is 23  played for India he is going to be away for 9 months anyway and you will be there all the time and yash has a very packed schedule as an under nineteen captain for next two years ,so he willbeaway too ,its the best time for you to join Men's team! Trust me "
"Yash is captaing India u19 ? when did that happen  ? why he didn't tell me !"
"the decision is made today rahul " said, vvs the u19 coach , he was sitting across rahul on the table. That somehow put rahul in a deep thought.after afew minutes  of silence then he said
"So all you are going to be awayfrom home ?"
"Mejority of the time"
"So It's almost 9 months on the road, and I won't be able to see any of you ..."
"I will make sure you have your family when ever you want them ..."
sourav said with his knowing smile.
"are you sure about that? it's a huge commitment ! ....."
"I promise "
"Oh please don't . You have a very bad reputation about keeping promises.."
"for god seck dravid ! "
"Allright, alright, don't  need to get agitated  now"
"I'M not !"
"yes you are!"
"uhhh!you are applying and that's final !"
"you can't decide that for me!"
"OK ,great!"
"I need to do somethings  ...."
"Yeah that 'something' includes talking to the former coaches ,who's tenure is over,No!"
"Well ,maybe? I already did that" Rahul said in a not very sure tone as he tried to avoid looking at sourav.

sourav can't believe this man . after he specifically asked him not to do that he just did that !! Classic Rahul ...sourav wants to hit his own head somewhere. Why this man cares so much about every damm thing ??? Sometimes some people will get hurt form your desitions ...that's what life is right . Only if someone can convince this man!
sourav continues to stare at Rahul and  rahul was just shrinking more and more into his chair .
Finally Sourav rose from his chair and said
"alright im done talking ... sach if you want  to continue  you can ..."
sourav left the room .
sachin who was sitting with vvs the whole time enjoying his two best friends arguing ,certainly get shaken from the shift in the room's demenor.  sachin straighted his posture  while looking at the departing figure of Sourav...then turn to rahul and said
"jam , you are applying. "
Rahul raised his eyebrows at the demanding tone of sachin,who in a cue changed his tone and asked again sweetly "you will apply right jimjam? ,you can't deny that idiot anything  anyway "said gesturing towards where sourav disappeared .sachin got that creepy but cute smile on his face which almost eliminated his button like eyes.
"are you trying to say I'm weak sach?"

"what ?no!"  sachin said  , being taken  off guard . He panicked hard and start rambling how he didn't mean that at all ....as he know how rahul used to be hard on himself without any proper reason, and how in past he specifically cuses rahul suffer with his unconscious words and then rahul just laughed.  He laughed at sachin's expenses. 
"This is so worth it ,look at his  face "
Vvs join Rahul in his laughter.
Even though it's hard to believe Jam is evil like that sometimes .
"Im gonna get back at you for this ... you juicejam " sachin said ,smiling.
"yeah yeah ,we will see about it. but for now i need you to listen to me verry carefully. "
sachin nodded. " I talked to ravi bhai ,I think he wants to continue... "
" its already been five years of his third tenure  jam"
"you listen to me first, sourav  is just putting the teams demands up front ,but ravi bhai got captain's backing ... you know right how things can turn ugly in this type of situations,  i don't want to cause any trouble...."
" do you really think sourav will put you in a situation knowing you can't handle it?"
"no ..."
"then have faith in him jam. he talked to the squad, the board members and do all the necessary stuff to do,to make sure you are respected in you position,you are best one for this job jam !!we all believe that, and the team wants you"
rahul looked away from sachin then a soft smile appear on his face.

sachin thumped on his shoulder and said

"now go and talk to him ,or else his anger will blow his head up "sachin told rahul .

Sourav was standing at the balcony looking intensly at the far away building, the frown was visible on his forehead.  Rahul went to stand with him.
"stop that ,you already look old enough no need to add up wrinkles "
Sourav ignored him completely. rahul said removing Sourav's frown from his forehead by rubbing with his hand "you are ruining the face of my handsome  husband."
sourav doesn't say anything though his anger starts to disappear so he  just look away frowning again
"ahh you are a child ,"
"and you are very mature "
"more than you definitely!"
"Im your boss here!"
"good for you"
rahul gave him a sarcastic cheeky smile then rolled his eyes. sourav just frowned harder even though he didn't feel any real anger. this man always takes the uncanny advantage of his fondness for him. Its just so hard to stay mad at him .he needs to get better at dealing with dravid for his own self-esteem . this guy just turned him soft!!! too soft !!
"you know what just go away"
"I will apply"
"Really ?"
"Yess"
Sourav huged him tightly and kissed his forehead ,
with in a second  the look on Sourav's face changed, his eyes turned bright and a smile make his way to his lips  . he was about say something rahul continue "only if ravi bhai doesn't reapply for the post"
"but  ..."
"no buts ,that's all you are getting"
"hey im the boss here!!" 
rahul patted  sourav cheek  "I know"
a smile make a way towards Sourav's lips against his will.
sachin and vvs who were  watching the scean this whole time just snikered . vvs walked up to rahul and asked "want to have some see food?"
rahul said " sure " then he turned to sachin gave him a hug said
"have a safe flight sach " then
Rahul looked at sourav and said " finish your work and join us in 30 minutes maybe?"
"yeah ,sure"sourav replied in a practiced manner.
rahul and vvs leave the place .sachin said walking up to sourav
"so much for being a bengal tiger "
"those bengal tigers doesn't have a rahul in there life , do they? "

both bestfriend share a laugh  whole heartedly. having a Rahul in life ,makes a difference..... a huge difference ... and sourav can  tell that from his personal experiences.
