My god this story was stressful to write. I wanted to make sure that my story (Persona 3: Traveling the Multiverse) was finished I felt I couldn't just leave Makoto dead. If was so painful to think to myself that no matter what happens he will die. So I set out a goal. Elizabeth wanted to save Makoto too so she revealed to his friends how they could save him. Yukari opened to Makoto's powers as he gifted them to her. With each universe they traveled to, it progressed through their story. starting with saving Fuuka and ending with the Nyx fight. The true form of Nyx could be harmed but it took the power of the 3 strongest personas in existence. Orpheus Telos, Messiah, and Thanatos. When they kill Nyx it causes all of the zombie persona users dressed as the school students to die as they were one with Nyx. This is also why the SEES team who stayed back to provide help to Yukari as she fought Nyx. Makoto was also not just waiting in his room for Yukari to return. Upon returning to their universe Yukari waking up is what caused Makoto to wake up inside his room. He knew when he woke up that Yukari had completed his mission to save truly everyone.
