1.A hangout?

Gardenview, ah yes a city full of toons. Garden view was the most perfect place for toons to live in, Which incase a very busy city. Now let's see who we're observing today.

3rd pov.

It was a bright day, the sun was shining the feather birds were chirping it was so peacefull-

CRASH*

"Oh no oh no oh no oh NO!" a voice was heard from a house besides 4 others. There were bangs and crashes going on inside, "Pebble put that down!" There, the screen laid on a shell well a shell girl. Her name was shelly she's one of the toons that helps around the city although for her being the bright and helpful one no one really notices her. Moving on shelly was running around her house chasing pebble, pebble was a pet rock she was dog-sitting for her fellow friend dandy.

"Gotcha ya!" Shelly picked up pebble and held him in her arms, "Now! Are you going to behave or not? Do I have to tell dandy the way you've been acting!" Shelly scolded pebble which he whined.

DING!*

Shelly and pebble both looked at the door, "Oh I guess he's here! Come on pebble it's time to greet dandy!" Shelly walks towards the door ignoring the mess around the living room. She then opens it. There stood dandy the bright colorful flower waiting for the shell, "Hello shelly! Sorry if I'm late in lost track of time! I'm hoping pebble didn't give you much trouble?" The flower said cheerfully grabbing the pet rock.

"Oh not at all! Just a few runs here and there but overall he's been a good boy!" Shelly dusted off her dress. Dandy looked behind her which was a mess, pots of plants broken on the ground books off the shelf. Dandy looked at the smiling shell, He felt bad for her knowing she's always the helpful one. There a bulb had sprung above his head.

"How about we go to Sprouts cafe! My treat!"dandy said offering shelly. The shell looked at dandy in shock "Really dandy? Are you sure?"the shell asked softly, shelly didn't want to bother dandy so a hint of sadness was in her voice. "You're a very hard worker shelly. You deserve a break. How about I invite our friends to come as well!" Dandy smiled widely. Shelly thought about the offer 'Yeah our friends...but maybe I can social more!' Shelly nodded. "Great! 5 PM sharp! Thank you again shelly for the help!" Dandy walked off shelly steps and headed home. Shelly waved and closed the door. She sighed and slumped down against the door.

'A hangout huh?'

4:30 PM

Shelly placed the last book on the shelf. She then got off the chair she stood on, bringing it back to the kitchen. She sighed and checked the time. '4:50! I gotta go or I'll be late!" Shelly dusted her self off, grabbed her keys and ran out her house. Locking her door of course. She grabbed her roller skates and put them on. Taking her bike would've taken longer and right now she did not want to disappoint anyone. She then put her helmet on and skated her way to sprouts cafe.

4:50 PM

Shelly stopped at the door but ended up slamming against making it flung open. Luckily she grabbed the handle and held it so the door or her wasn't injured, she looked around and spotted dandy and sprout staring at her. Her face flushed red in embarrassment, "Sorry I didn't wanna be late!" She slowed skated her way to the two toons. A pastry toon the walked out the kitchen. "Shelly are you alright!?" The pastry asked while making his way to shelly to help her. "I'm just alright cosmo don't worry." Shelly sat down besides dandy. "I'm not too early or late am I?" Sprout looked at the clock and shook his head, "Not at all Shelly you came in right on time!"

Shelly took off her gear and gave it to cosmo he grabbed it and smiled walking off to put it away.
"Actually shelly I gave you extra time, I told the others 5:30 so you don't have to worry about anything!" Dandy said proudly. Shelly looked at the flower and smiled, "Aren't you a sweetheart! Thank you dandy really..sorry for slamming the door by the way." Shelly gripped her dress.

The three looked at Shelly worried. They then look at each other and thought of an idea.

Dandy : "How about we bake or cook meals instead! It'll be loads of fun!"

Shelly : "Baking and cooking? I don't really know how to.."

Cosmo : "No worries! That's why we'll have everyone here! To have fun and bake!"

Sprout : "Plus I won't mind if you guys make a mess, as long as we're all having fun together!"

Shelly smiled and looked at the boys, "You boys really know how to make a gal happy don't you!"
They all laughed happily.

5:15 PM

The four toons were in the kitchen getting everything ready. The cook book, ustensiles, pots and pans everything a chef or baker would need. Of course they had to do a few chores before doing so because they needed a whole fresh new kitchen to start!
"Sprout can you help me grab something's in the closet?" Cosmo said playing down the book. Sprout nodded and followed cosmo to the closet.

RING*

"Oh! I got that!" Shelly walked out the kitchen and headed to the restaurant door, she then opened it. "Hello the-" there stood a line green tv toon, Tail on ground yet high in air lightly swinging.
