Snow White (pt.1)

Once upon a time, in the Kingdom of Seoul, lived a King and Queen. The King, Jeon Namjoon and his wife, The Queen, Jeon Seokjin lived both happily in the castle. But, they knew something was missing to make them more happy...

One day, the King and Queen were sitting on a soft bench in the palace garden, looking up at the beautiful starry night. Suddenly, they both saw a shooting star flying across the night sky. King Namjoon and Queen Seokjin both wished to have a child.

That wish was coming true...

5 days later, a doctor was in the King and Queen's chamber, he was examining the Queen. The Queen started feeling nauseas during the past 4 days and as he excepted, he told the King and Queen that they were having a baby.

The King was in complete shock by what he heard from the doctor. His wife was pregnant. The Queen was pregnant. He was overjoyed. The Queen was in tears of happiness. Their wish finally came true.

During the months, King Namjoon stayed by his wife's side during the pregnancy, making sure nothing happens to him. Queen Seokjin assured him that he and the baby were fine.

But everything changed when the Queen was 8 months pregnant. He became extremely ill. The King was away on a business trip with another kingdom, which leds for the Queen to be alone with the maids and doctor. The doctor told the Queen that the baby needed to be born early due to the illness effecting the entire body system.

Queen Seokjin wanted his husband by his side but he knew it would be too late for the King to come back. The Queen had the maids to help him during the whole birthing progress.

After 9 hours of screaming and crying in pain, the Queen gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

The doctor had given the newborn to a maid for her to clean up. After the baby was cleaned up and wrapped in a warm blanket, he was brought to his mother by the doctor. The doctor showed the Queen his son. Queen Seokjin was in awe with his newborn son and smiled sadly at him. He brought a hand to his son's tiny cheek and caressed it gently.

"Your so beautiful.. My Little Jungkook... Your name will be Jungkook... Skin as white as snow and beautiful raven hair.. Just like your father.." The Queen said in small breathes.

"I'm so sorry I won't watch you grow up... Your father will be with you... I promise to watch the both of you from where I will be..." Queen Seokjin said in sadness.

"I hope you keep making your father happy.. I love you both so much.. G-Goodbye my loves..." Queen Seokjin said with his last breath.

The Queen closed his eyes and his breathing stopped. The maids were crying in sadness and the doctor looked at the Queen with sadness. The newborn started crying, sensing the lost of his mother. The doctor comforted the newborn with sadness.

King Namjoon was returning from his business trip with another kingdom. He arrived at his kingdom, he quickly got out of the carriage and went inside his palace. The butler greeted him and told him that his wife had passed away. The King was in shock, he ran quickly into their chamber and saw many maids and the doctor around the bed. They bowed to him and the King walked towards the bed and saw his wife in a pale state. The doctor told him everything and he broke down in sadness.

He had lost the person who cherished him the most. But, the doctor put a hand on his shoulder. The King turned towards the doctor and saw a baby in the doctors arms. The doctor gave the King his child. King Namjoon looked at his son with pure sadness but with joy at the same time. The doctor told him that his wife named their son Jungkook.
The King found the name simply perfect and he cuddled his son to his chest and gave him tiny kisses. Little Jungkook started giggling at his father and opened his eyes, putting a tiny hand on his cheek. The King just smiled and kissed his son's forehead.

"I promise to take care and protect you from everything in this world. Just like I promised your mother. I love you, my little kookie.." The King said, making his son giggle.

He hoped that everything will be ok with his son and never brake the promise like he did to his dead wife.

He knows that Seokjin forgives him but also knows that he will be there by their side invisible and watch them from above.

He will make sure of not breaking that promise.
