yeah it was true Kadoya Tsukasa is back, and this is the point where Kaguya meets directly with Kadoya Tsukasa who previously saved him.

Based on the lore circulating, this Kadoya Tsukasa is the original while the Kadoya Tsukasa who used the Neo Decadriver and who died because of Ohma Zi-O is the alternative version.
And that means! All the Riders that appears in Kamen Rider Zi-O are the alternative versions even thought they are,really the original cast unlike what happend in Decade series.because time jackers changed the timeline in Zi-O series.
For Gotchard's summer movie, Tsukasa doesn't change to Decade,
but there are rumors that there will be a Decade vs Legend spin off. Damn that Gokai Red vs Twokaiser over again.

Souma is different than the previous main Riders,where previously the main characters of Kamen Rider were ordinary humans such as: Aruto (Zero One), Ikki (Revi), Houtarou (Gotchard).
or humans who are elevated to become more divine entities such as Touma (Saber) becoming the Guardian of Wonderworld or Ace (Geats) becoming the god of creation..
Souma is an alien according to the rumor,and his Henshin belt Gavv is actually his organ.
