Since Dad died everything has been very difficult and rough for Mom but we didn't have to leave Seattle.

While I was unpacking I looked outside my window and I saw a lady looking at me directly

I got inside the shower later on I was done
Mom and the rest were already downstairs for dinner

Mom I think we have a neighbor I said

Ok I'll pack some bacon so you can go give the neighbor .

Few minutes later I was already at the neighbor's door,I pressed the door bell and the lady I saw smiling came to open the door.i greeted her and told her we were living next door and also gave her the bacon mom made
She said thank you and closed the door.
That was weird,I said. Normally she was supposed to invite me in but she was standing in between the door like she was hiding a treasure.
Well it's none of my fucking business.what did I want to know about an old lady,I said
When I came back my mom asked me how was the neighbor,if she was nice,what her house smelled lik.
Tell me honey does her house smell like grease paint or cinnamon or strawberry or even bacon ,she said winking.
Mom you are just exaggerating I didn't even get a glance of her house
She's just an old weird lady looking forward to her grave.
Jeez honey you are so brutal,am sure she needs someone's around since she's old .
Whatever am going to bed ,I said and left the parlor.
Amanda room was just opposite mine and I could hear her giggling.am sure she's on her phone.
I entered my room and closed the door behind me, I was about bringing down my curtain when i spotted the old lady painting something I kept trying to see what she was painting but the breeze kept blowing her curtain.
Later on she came by her window side and smiled at me.i quickly brought down my curtain.
Gosh!! She gives me the creeps,I laid down on my bed and slept
I woke up the next morning and got ready for school
Am pretty sure this new school was definitely going to be difficult for me and easier for Amanda because she was very social. Even if I look older then her she makes friends more.
I made my way downstairs at the smell of toasted bread and creamed chocolate.

Few minutes later Amanda was already downstairs dressed like a Barbie model.
I knew her first day was going to be a killer buzz

I wanted to stick with Amanda but she was just been a talkative so I went by myself.

As I was putting books in my locker someone slammed it

English was on my time table as the first period and it was taken by Mrs Brown
15 minutes later the bell rang and all the students left except the rude jerk and me
Well I was busy arranging my books when he said walked up to me and apologized.
"Ummmm Alicia am sorry for what happened earlier,you didn't seem cool with it"
"Yeah jerk you just spoilt my first day".I said walking towards the door.

The wat he said it made me feel guilty for accusing him of ruining my first day.
