chapter twelve.

BIA walked hand in hand with paige as they stopped by little shops with the girls. the sun shined down on all of their now tanned bodies.
they all made there way back towards bias house getting ready for the beach. they had three days left of this short break before school life started again.
bia unlocked the door to her moms house letting the girls walk in. they all got changed for the beach, luckily the house was on the beach so all they had to do was walk.
bia wore a simple black swimsuit and threw on a pair of jean shorts. the girl grabbed her bag that included her towel, sun block, and a few snacks.
she met the blonde at her front door and put her hand in hers as they walked towards the beach. the girls laid their towels down on the sand right under the sun.
bia,morgan, and jana were the first to lay out while the others got in the water. there was a little shack on the beach that offered drinks and food.
"im gonna go get drink, y'all want anything?" bia spoke looking at the girls through her sunglasses. the girls shook their head no. bia got up out of the sun and made her way over to the drink shack that offered shade.

"oh someone's getting close with bia up there." aubrey spoke out to the girls. everyone snapped their head towards the shack especially paige.
the blonde watched as the dude behind the counter tried his best to flirt with bia as he made her drink. she could tell bia kept brushing him off slightly, not trying to be rude.
"where are you going?" ice called out towards the blonde had gotten up from the sand and made her way over towards the shack. paige came up behind the brunette making her slightly jump.
"who's this?" the guy from behind the counter asked. bia internally rolled her eyes. was the purposely being dumb or?
"my girlfriend." bia replied back with a smile. bia wasn't about to have anyone disrespect her or paige. she would keep things sweet and simple.
"lucky girl." the dude spoke as he slid over bias drink. bia rolled her eyes and grabbed ahold of paiges hand pulling her away from the guy. as the two walked away paige placed her arm around the girls waist and bia placed her arm over the blondes shoulder.
"that's not even the worse thing he said to me." bia spoke causing the blonde to look at her with furrowed eyebrows.
"what'd he say?" paige asked with a slight hint of concern in her voice.
"I'll tell you when we get back to the house so you don't have the urge to kill him or anything." bia spoke before letting go of the blondes shoulder and placed herself back down on the towel.
she could feel the blondes eyes on her the whole time. this stare was more of an protective stare. the best stare you could ever receive from paige.

"what did he say bia?" was the first sentence out of paiges mouth once the blonde shut their bedroom door behind them.
bia sighed walking over to the blonde to take ahold of her hands. bia thought of a way to bring her words to life, but every time she did nothing would come out.
"bia." paige sternly called out her name making the brunette look into her blue eyes. bia finally got the courage to speak up to her girlfriend who was looking down at her.
"he basically just said how he wanted to sleep with me. i just brushed it off, yes it grossed me out but." once the words fell from bias lips, paiges face dropped. she wasn't mad, she was upset for how her girlfriend was spoken to.
"but?there is no but bia. he shouldn't have talked to you like that. it fucking gross." paige said taking a step back from the brunette to give the girl space of some sort.
"paige i know it gross trust me. but it doesn't matter. he said it and i shut it down. i let him know that i had a girlfriend and he apologized. yes he said some smartass remark afterwards but what can you do?" bia stated as she stepped closer to the blonde leaving an inch between the two.
bia placed her hands on the blonde face pulling her closer. bia closed the gap between the two by brining her lips to the blondes. paige dragged her hands down the girls waist holding her close. paige backed the girl over towards the bed laying her down on it.
"paige as much as i would love to continue this, I don't wanna disturb the girls." bia spoke tilting her head towards the side. her hair fell over her shoulder as she did so.
"guess you'll have to be quiet then."

bia woke up tangled in her girlfriends arm. bias hair fell over her face, clothes being in random places in the room. the sun beamed perfectly on bias face making her eyes shine.
"good morning." paige spoke looking at the girl who stirred in her sleep. the blonde smiled to herself as bia turned over to face her.
bia placed a small kiss on the blondes lips. paiges hands found their self back onto the girls waist pulling her closer.
"okay no im still sore from last night so um no thank you." bia said with a smile as she patted the side of the blondes face. bia wrapped the sheet around her as she got off the bed.
"where are you going?" paige called out from the bed. bia grabbed her clothes for bed and made her way back into the room.
"shower." she spoke as she shut the bathroom door behind her. she played music as she took a shower soaking up everything since they left in a day.
bia would be sad to leave but she'd be glad to be back in her second home. october was coming up which was her favorite month considering it had halloween in it.
