Imagined murder #1

I was so intrigued...i couldn't but overthink about it.
I got to my car and drove off to the hospital.
I wore the green clothes with the mask, gloves and cover hair and went inside the endoscopy clinic.
There was no one inside but her and i, the nurse looked at me confused since i finished my internship with her. The doctor has already emptied the bottle of Propofol in the seringue, so i grabbed it and inserted it in her neck and pushed the liquid inside her veins.
She widened her eyes knowing she won't last for long as she tried to grab anything trying to protect herself. She took a tray and hit me on the head making me feel slightly dizzy as she tried running outside but the door was locked.
I giggled getting closer to her, i held her roughly by her arm and threw her on the bed . I struggled while tying her hands on the bed and once she was tied up, i filled her mouth with gloves making it hard for her to scream.
I undressed her from the bottom and broke some glass inserting the shattered pieces inside her vagina.
Then i entered my hand inside her asshole and started ripping her insides out until her whole digestive system was out of her. I looked at her lifeless eyes and smiled holding her intestines and wrapping them around her neck tightly.
I took her nose piercing and pierced it in her eye.
I removed the dirty gloves throwing them in the desinfection tub along with the green clothes and put on new gloves so i had no fingerprints anywhere to be found, leaving my masterpiece tied on the bed.
