𝐓he next day, Kim woke up quite early and found it a bit strange that Yun wasn't in bed next to him like every day. He got up faster when he noticed a strange smell coming from downstairs, immediately thinking the worst. He quickly put on some decent clothes and grabbed his gun, keeping it close to his body, then went down to the kitchen. Upon entering the kitchen, he found Yun cooking, wearing his burgundy apron, which made him look even cuter. Kim approached carefully so as not to startle him and gently touched his shoulder.

- Yun? Why aren't you in bed? It's still so early, - Kim said, observing the mess in the kitchen.

- Today is my first day as your secretary, so I thought I'd make a good breakfast before starting work! - Yun smiled, showing his teeth.

- Okay, but... could you be a little more careful next time? Everything is so messy! Keep cooking, though, it looks good... I'll clean up in the meantime. - Kim replied, smiling slightly at the sight of the pancakes Yun was preparing. He then began to tidy up.

Once everything was ready, they sat down at a table full of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and pancakes, along with a jug of strawberry juice.

- Wow! This looks really good!- Kim said, helping himself to a bit of everything.

Yun let out a little nasal laugh at Kim's reaction and then started eating calmly.

-Is your work very far from here?- Yun asked curiously, having not left the house in several months.

- Not very far... but when we get there, you'll have some simple 'lessons' on how to deal with certain situations that might come up. - Kim said more seriously.

After finishing breakfast and tidying up, they left the house and headed to Kim's hideout. The place was remote and somewhat hidden, used for collecting and unloading weapons and even drugs.

Yun immediately began to explore when they arrived. Kim showed him every corner of his workplace, ending the tour at the desk where Yun would work, just outside Kim's office.

- You'll stay here. This is your desk. You'll prepare my schedule and answer any non-important calls at first. Anyone who wants to see me will have to get your permission first. Understand? - Kim explained calmly, finishing with a reassuring smile.

- I think I understand, Kim!- Yun replied with a smile, then sat at his desk, exploring the items there.

- Perfect. If you have any questions, just knock on my door. - Kim said, happy to see Yun's enthusiasm. He then went to his own office, sighing as he began planning an ambush for an enemy mafia hideout.

Hours passed, and Yun celebrated managing to organize Kim's schedule. He knocked on Kim's door and waited for permission to enter.

- Mr. Kim, I just need to give you the schedule! - Yun said, trying to be formal.

- Come in.

Yun opened the door and approached Kim's chair.

- Well, everything is here. Your meetings and mission departure times are all organized according to what you requested. - Yun said simply, then asked for permission to leave and returned to his work.

Kim looked at the papers in amazement. Since when did Yun know how to do all that? He chuckled, feeling more at ease seeing Yun's effort.

Throughout the day, Yun continued with his tasks. For the first time, he received a call. He answered it and responded briefly:

- Good afternoon. How can I help you?

Yun waited and waited... but no one answered. That was strange. He only started to hear strange breathing on the line, and scared, he hung up, thinking it was just a prank. He shrugged it off and went back to work.

Later in the afternoon, Yun was organizing some papers at Kim's request, calm as ever. He didn't notice when a tall man, dressed in black, approached and put a small gun to his forehead, unlocking it.

Yun froze. His body started to burn as if it were the first time he had been attacked by his father. He felt his strength draining away, his eyes darting between the man and the gun. He looked at the man pitifully, almost begging to be spared now that he was starting to have a life.

- Bang! And you would be dead right now. - Kim said, ordering the man to move away from Yun when he saw Yun's scared and confused face.

Yun didn't speak. He just looked at them with the most confused expression, unsure if he was more scared by the gun or by Kim's words.

-Take it easy... Nothing bad is happening. I just wanted to see your reaction.- Kim said, approaching and stroking Yun's black hair. "I'm going to give you some defense lessons. That way, you won't have any problems. But I'll teach you at home where we have more space. Keep this here...- He opened a drawer in Yun's desk and placed the gun inside. -Don't hesitate to use it if you're threatened. I'll teach you how to handle it later."

Kim bent down, caressing Yun's face.

- You've lived imprisoned your whole life. I'll make you free. Okay?-  he finished with a smile.

Yun took a while to process what had happened, listening to Kim's explanation, and only then was he able to calm down. He trusted Kim, his heart told him to trust him, so he received the affection pleasantly and sighed in relief.

At the end of the day, they returned home, ready to start training.
