You and Sheriff Toadstar were together as partner's, y'all were close friends for almost 2 months, he first met you when he capture you, he seems interested you, you both work together to capture all the criminals, he trusted you and respect you, you secretly had a small crush on him...and he had a same feelings as well but you both don't know you had a same crushes each other. .

. At night, you were called in the playground by sheriff, you didn't know why he want you go there without telling you a reason, your heart beating as hell and get to talk to your crush...as you arrived, you saw him sitting on the bench, waiting, you walked up to him and called him.
"Hey sheriff!"
Sheriff jolted a bit and turn around when he saw you. "Oh heya y/n."
You walked to the bench and looked at him. "So why did you brought me here??" You asked curiously.
Sheriff Toadstar sighed and looked up at you, "if you wanna know why, how about you should sit down and I'll tell you why..." He said a bit nervous, you noticed it but you didn't question it and sat down besides him.
You were nervous and keep your face straight and curious and looked at him still, "so can you tell me why you brought me here...?" You said, Sheriff Toadstar looked at you in the eyes, he seems nervous right now to say anything.
A few minutes later, he spoke.
"Y/n, you know we're close friends, right...?"
You nodded, you silently gulp as your heart still beating as you replied "Yeah...?"
Sheriff looked down at the ground..."I was gonna ask...I...I wanna be more than friends..."
You were shocked and surprised, your heart went racing like rapid. "S- seriously...?"
He nodded...not meeting your gaze..."I wanna be more than friends...because...I...I have feelings for you...I've been keeping secrets from you and afraid of getting rejected..."
You were more shocked, you can't believe what you heard, are you misheard??? No it was reality...the Sheriff Toadstar had a crush on you.
"W- wait...you have feelings for me...?" You asked in disbelief and surprised tone.
He now looked at you, his heart was beating like yours, his hands was a little trembling. "I- do, I have feelings for you and I'm dead serious, I mean it...I understand you don't feel the same-
You suddenly cut him off his sentences
"Sheriff...I have same feelings for you as well..."
Sheriff was shocked, his feeling of disbelief and overjoyed.
"You do...?" He asked, in surprised and joy.
You nodded, you're flustered and looked down at the ground. "I have a same feelings for you for a long time...."
Sheriff was speechless, he suddenly spoke in excitement.
"Really?! You mean it?!"
You chuckle lightly, finding his excitement amuse and adorable. "Yeah, I mean it."
Sheriff smile wide and suddenly pulled you close and hugged you tight which caught you a bit off guard, you smile and hugged him back.
"Oh my, I thought I'm gonna get rejected...guess I was wrong.."
You chuckle with your head lay on his shoulder while you both still embraced each other. "Well, does that mean we're officially dating?"
He chuckle as well and pulled away with his hand on his chin with a small smile on his face. "Yes, we're both officially dating, Darlin." He then kissed top on your head.
Your face flushed by the unexpected kiss on the head, you feel like you wanna melt into his arms. "Heh...I love you, Babe."
He smile and replied back "I love you too, Darlin." He pulled you and warm embraced once more as you were now had him as your boyfriend, what a romantic sight...
