"I don't want to marry you." She says for the hundredth time this hour. She's sitting across from me, arms crossed, with a death glare on her face. I look up from my phone and shoot her a blank look.

"What makes you think I'll want to marry you?" I say dry.

Her face scrunches up in displeasure at the thought. Besides her stubborn, sassy, spitfire personality, she has the behavior of a child. Whenever she hears something she doesn't like her nose scrunches like a baby looking at food they don't want to eat.

"I don't." She says slowly as if trying to make me understand how uncomfortable she is with the thought.

"It's not like you have to marry me. I don't want to get married either but I'm not throwing a childish tantrum. I came today for your dad and my parents and to give you a fair chance. I think it's only right you don't judge me even if you don't know me." I say looking into her angry eyes. If there was a circumstance we would have to get married, the marriage could be very beneficial.

She seems to see right through me, her stubborn and childish attitude dissolving in an instant. I've never seen such a serious side of her from the short time I've known her, if she's not highly aggressive, she's childish and overly happy. She looked even more beautiful for some reason making me slightly attracted to her. Her eyes held calmness but coldness while they stared at me, her eyebrows rested slightly crinkled with a frown.

"First of all, I want to make it clear that I am not being childish," She asserts firmly as I roll my eyes. "Secondly, if you truly have no interest in marrying me, you are free to leave because I don't want to marry you either. You chose to be here, so don't try to manipulate the situation in your favor. Offering you a 'fair chance' will not change my stance on this marriage. You are approaching this from a business owner's perspective, treating me like a mere business transaction or advantage. If that were the case your plan isn't going very far. I don't understand what makes you think you can greet me like a business deal and I certainly fail to see why I should agree to this marriage." Her death glare somehow becomes deadlier as she says the words with venom. I find myself smirking for some reason, feeling a sense of pride that she was able to figure it out.

"You're smarter than you display," I smirk.

"You're dumber than you display," She rolls her eyes disinterested in the compliment. I scowl at her and it's her turn to smirk.

"You're not that original you know." I scowl.

"Yeah, it really damages my ego." She feigns hurt, holding her chest and pouting.

"Seems like you're trying to get me to marry you."

"We need to talk about that." She points out seriously.

"Aren't we already?"

"You don't want to get married, I don't want to settle down-"

"What your a hooker or something?" I scoff amused while I cross my arms leaning back to the chair.
